Listen, I really wanna like y'all. I know you're working hard and understaffed and I respect what you're doing. But the fuck up I received is unacceptable. Two of my medications labels were switched. Thankfully, I know what they each should look like, but for a bit I was questioning if they changed the manufacturer or something. But then I opened the other bottle and realized it was what the first bottle should have been. Thankfully, I know my medications well. If I had taken the wrong one at the wrong time it could have been really bad. Please be a little more thoughtful when labeling prescriptions, as I cannot imagine what this could have been like for someone starting a new script.

Pharmacist was extreamly rude when i called about a medication. She was angry that a different pharmacist at another rite aid told me the store had the medication. Thats not my fault they told me and she should have better customer edict considering i was nothing but nice to her. Absolutly awful to treat a customer like that for no reason. You are in the service industry for a reason.

Ordered 5 items at 10:30pm for curbside pickup the next day. Got the email my stuff was ready at 12:37pm the next day, after they were open for 3.5 hrs (curbside pickup says “ready in 1 hr”). Nbd, I went to pick up the stuff and clicked “I’m here” per instructions. 12 mins later, someone came out to tell me they only have 2 of the 5 items and they “will refund me.” Cool cool cool.

Omg. Why anyone in their right mind would come to this pharmacy is astonishing to me. The pharmacist is obnoxious and completely rude. She could careless if your prescription was called in or sent in electronically. Your prescription will be ready when it is ready! No matter if you received a textOr not! They are completely incompetent. I brought my new insurance cards in and left them with the pharmacist and she lost them!Nothing but brain dead individuals that work here.It was extremely hard to keep my composure dealing with the worst customer service that I have everExperienced.Deb the pharmacist might be overwhelmed and confused. Rite Aid needs to hire more personnel with brains and less attitude.I am still waiting for a prescription that needed pre- authorization from the health care provider. I dropped the information off four hours ago.

We could write a book about the incompetent, rude, and dangerous epic fails of this location. As I type this, they're closed when they're advertised to be open -- AGAIN. They close randomly and just put a handwritten note on the door. They have no care for the customers they impact. The pharmacy often screws up prescriptions, doesn't have them ready, sends false text alerts that refills or ready, and gives patients SOME of their prescriptions and doesn't even bother to tell them that they're "out" of others. They can't keep adequate staff so they just close. My favorite story is from a few months ago. The pharmacy abruptly closed at 5, but didn't release the prescriptions so that other pharmacies (even other Rite Aids) could fill them. Zero care for what this meant to patients. Then, the next day, the pharmacy staff sat OUTSIDE the pharmacy all day. Why? Because they LOCKED THE KEYS INSIDE and had to call a locksmith. It's like a comedy...except it involves life and death medications.Oh, and they pay so low and hire so rarely, then whine that there's a "labor shortage" impacting their services. No, you just don't hire people who are willing to work, and you don't offer a competitive wage because you're a greedy corporation. Seriously, $13/hr to work in a pharmacy on the Main Line just won't cut it, but then they complain that they only get "kids" (probably local college students) applying -- and don't hire them, either.

In the running for the worst pharmacy in America. It appears to be unmanaged. Staff said one pharmacist quit suddenly and one is on indefinite leave. Employees sit outside waiting for a no-show temp pharmacist hours after it should have opened. The phone rings and no one answers. Prescriptions are called in and no one fills them. Authorities condemn dangerous buildings. They should do the same with this pharmacy.

They never answer the phone, very unfriendly pharmacy staff, We are leaving Rite Aid from this point on, to find a real caring staff(I truely feel they don't want to be there nor that they really like their job)

My daughter has type 1 diabetes and needs insulin every day. I have never experienced service like this from a pharmacy in the 10 years since she was diagnosed. I submitted a prescription 3 weeks ago and was told several times when coming to pick up, it was on the truck and hadn't been delivered. Three Times. They do not call to update, no one answers the phone. They do not care for patients needs, especially that of a child who needs this medication to survive. After a week of not getting anywhere, I called CVS in Wayne. They had the medication and proceeded to call this Rite Aid. They tried for 2 days, calling and leaving messages. NO RETURN CALL. Im still without Insulin and its been close to 3 weeks. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY. They are completely unreliable and could care less about the patients that come for life saving medication. We will be switching to CVS.

It's a severely unorganized mess. They will tell you to come back multiple times in one day and the prescription is never ready. Reaching them by phone is impossible. I strongly recommend going to another pharmacy I know I will!!!

I needed a specific medical item so I called the store and to my surprise they had it! I rushed over there and the nice woman who helped me on the phone also helped me in the store. The store is always clean when I'm there and the staff seems friendly and helpful. I would recommend this store!

This store purports to have a drive through and a pharmacy open until 9 p.m. I needed to have a prescription filled and tried to talk to the pharmacist. I was able to get through after a 30 minute wait the first time and they told me the pharmacy would close at 8. When I called again to check on the status of my prescription, I was put on hold for 60 minutes and unable to talk to a real person. When I got there, the drive thru was closed, according to a hand-written sign, and they said it was "too soon" to refill the prescription when it was a one time fill. Both pharm techs seemed clueless.DO NOT GO HERE!!! Their so-called extended hours are misleading, as is their drive through.

I was starting to get a little frustrated because no matter how many times I called, I could never get ahold of anyone in the pharmacy. But today, someone picked up the phone - Theresa! She informed me they were short staffed, but regardless was extremely helpful and friendly regarding my prescription. She put me on hold to look into something for me and we got disconnected, but she even called back!! Theresa has great customer service skills and made this a much better experience. The young guy who works in the pharmacy should also be recognized, as he was friendly and accommodating!

If you are in a rush to get any prescriptions, I would try and get them at another time when you are more flexible. ALSO! Bring cash because the machine card readers are VERY spotty. Hope these things can be resolved soon.

Update: The lack of care provided in customer interaction when responsible for medications that control quality of life is profoundly disappointing. I am switching pharmacies to a local small business.I had been filling scripts here for years and up until recently it has been fine, but the last six months every month there is some issue and it’s delayed or I don’t get notified when a script is ready, and getting them on the phone is a NIGHTMARE— phones are consistently “down” and the automated system sends you in circles just to be told you’re on hold where you will wait for at least ten minutes. I understand that they are understaffed— this is not condemnation of the professionalism or competence of the employees, but a cLear indication of a corporation that needs to improve conditions for their employees. As a customer I would not recommend putting yourself through this.
