Do NOT take your clothes to Radnor Custom Cleaners for dry cleaning. They ruined my son's brand new tuxedo shirt and I had to buy a new one. I gave it to them the first time after removing it from the package, just to steam/iron. It looked like a child had attempted to steam/iron it. That should have been my last visit. But the owner told me it was because I asked to not clean it and just steam and that's why they couldn't get the creases out. Stupidly I brought that same shirt back to this cleaners after my son's prom with absolutely NO marks on it at all. I just wanted it dry cleaned for his next prom and to have that fresh,crisp look from the cleaners. It came back with 3 stains on it! a black dot on the sleeve, a yellowish/brown stain on the bottom of the front side of the shirt and grayish streaks on the bottom of the back of the shirt. The owner refused to pay for the new shirt I had to buy, never said she was sorry and didn't care when I told her I would be writing my negative review. The majority of the pleats on the shirt were ironed the wrong way and not laying flat, there were wrinkles all over the shirt besides the three stains they put in the shirt. They send everything OUT and do no cleaning on premises. Whoever they send their dry cleaning to cannot even iron/steam correctly, a small child could do a better job. This is the worst cleaners I have ever dealt with in all my years and the nastiest owner. STAY AWAY!!! My rating is 0 stars but I had to select one star in order to post this review.
