“This is a really cool Post Office with friendly employees (unlike the surrounding Post Offices). Sometimes it is a little understaffed but still a great place to do business.”

905 N Bethlehem Pike, Spring House“Believe the hype. A small post office, expertly managed. All the staff are super nice & efficient, especially Jim. He always manages to put a smile on everyone's face with a blend of kindness & expertise.”
“I walked right in late on a Friday and Denise greeted me with a big smile! I had two heavy boxes that she shipped out. She is truly a wonderful lady and extremely helpful. The post office was clean, no line, well stocked.”

5044 West Chester Pike, Edgmont“This has been my go-to post office for almost 10 years. Stephanie and Michelle are extremely kind, helpful and always great me with a smile! I give them a ton of credit for all their hard work, knowledge and their ability to deal with rude customers especially during the busy holiday season. Their friendliness and positive attitude is why I choose this post office over many in the area. Thank you as always!”

1721 Valley Forge Rd, Valley Forge“This was my first time visiting this USPS location, and I just wanted to say a big thank you to Barry and the other girl (I’m sorry, I didn’t catch her name!). Both of you were so helpful, it really made my day! -JT”
“I come here often, sometimes multiple times a week to ship out packages. I sell things online and have yet to get my hands on a printer for my labels—so they‘re able to scan a QR code from my phone and print out my prepaid labels for me! They’re always nice and quick. Only negative is sometimes i’ll walk all the way there and they’ll have a sign on the door that they’re closed early, or only open limited hours that day. However it’s the same with the Secane office. Staffing issue maybe? Still 5 stars :)”

17 Civic Cir, Merion Station“I love this quaint little post office branch. It has a truly hometown neighborhood feel. And, there is rarely more than a 2-3 minute wait, even on an afternoon. The clerks inside -- (dare I call them "clerks" ??) are down to earth and approachable, always friendly and welcoming, adding that rare human/personal touch to their face-to-face interactions with customers. They greet you when you arrive and smile and say "goodbye, have a good day" when you leave. These may seem like simple facts but they make all the difference. If you've ever stood in a post office line for what seems like 20 minutes behind 6-7 other customers, only to encounter a robotic grump behind the counter, that can be a very irritating, aggravating experience. Merion Station is a little slice of heaven, where kindness, friendliness, and efficiency are the standard. Thank you, Merion Station Post Office!”
“This is the best post office ever. From my mailman to the kind people in the office, Morton really lucked out with this group of people. My mail is ALWAYS delivered in a timely manner and I have never had an issue in the 10+ years I have lived here. Thank you Morton Post office for a job well done!”

326 Conshohocken State Rd, Gladwyne“Unlike many other depressingly-designed shoebox post offices, this one is a throwback to when we actually believed architecture mattered in America. Friendly staff.”
“Fast and friendly, no line and parking available right out front during lunch time. I have read reviews of other local post offices that were really negative, this visit was positive and next time I need to visit the post office while in the area I will definitely go here.”

446 Germantown Pike, Lafayette Hill“Very pretty and cozy USPS with a very convenient parking space and location. One of its staffs were very kind and patience when I kept asking questions and helps to make decisions and completing packaging.
Just one thing...its inside has only two desks so it might get too busy for the peak seasons...”
8:30AM - 4:30PM
26 E Germantown Pike, Plymouth Meeting“I needed a PO Box and was put off by the reviews BUT my experience was great. Jenipher was kind and helpful. I liked the small town / personal feel inside the post office. My only complaint is that I have such short hours to access my box. With my schedule, I can't get there before it closes and it's not open on Sunday.”
8:30AM - 4:30PM
3576 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square“They always provide great service. I went there recently and the gentleman who helped me was so helpful and personable-- makes going to the post office a pleasure instead of a hassle.”
8AM - 4:30PM
444 E Township Line Rd, Havertown“I went to this location and was in and out. No one arguing, kids misbehaving, no wait I line. I live closer to Bywood location and was there at 8:45 and they were still not open. It's convenient for me location wise, but I'd go the extra mile to
Haverford.”
10AM - 1PM 2 - 4PM
5 Glen Riddle Rd, Media“Very quiet post office so I like to go there and get in and out. The workers are very friendly! They are closed for lunch from 1:00 - 2:00 so you need to plan around that. 5 stars!!”
8:30AM - 4:30PM
142 Glen Mills Rd, Glen Mills“The mail clerk, Barb was wonderful and attended to all my needs today. Thank you for your professionalism and honesty today. After my earlier terrible experience at the office up the road, you most certainly reinstated my faith In the USPS. I appreciate the work you do for all of us!”
“I'm a West Chester transplant to this PO. Stopped by at lunch on a Tuesday. The location is reasonably convenient to the highway. There was no line and the two women working the counter both seemed friendly. The one who helped me was friendly and helpful. I had to do a written form to put a hold on my mail due to the situation (super not thrilled about that) but overall my positive experience was the opposite recent reviews. Heard it might be 10 months til Airport Rd is reopened. :-(”
8:30AM - 4:30PM
7 N Waterloo Rd, Devon“Employee was so helpful! We dropped off 100 wedding invitations and he glanced at every single envelope to make sure everything looked ok. He was also very friendly and made the exciting moment even more special!”
“Helped me with purchasing a money order which I’ve never done before which I really appreciated! And wasn’t too crowded for a Saturday which was a nice surprise, too!”

144 N Narberth Ave, Narberth“I had a wonderful experience ordering my passport thanks to Kurt. I walked into this post office early Saturday morning on 3/16/23. I took a chance because I did not have an appointment. Kurt asked me if I had all my documents (which I did), and then told me he would be right back.He walked away for literally only a minute, came right back, and started the process of ordering my passport. He was super quick but extremely thorough during this process. Kurt did not miss a beat. He was very patient and kind as well. I was dreading having to make this visit (to any post office) because many years ago when I obtained my first passport, it took what felt like hours in line to order it. Well, I was in and out within 10-15 minutes tops, maybe less. Thanks Kurt! Excellent customer service from start to finish. :)”
“I had a very pleasant experience with this USPS. One of my package from Newzealand was returned due to wrong address . I would like to thank the following people - Evelina & Randy Reaves who was very helpful and was very quick to respond to me through email. I finally got the package .
Thank you”
“I echo Tom Schaeffer’s thoughts: Very nice people and great customer service. To the knuckle dragger complaining about their "tax dollars at work". The USPS is self sufficient, their revenue is generated from postal fees. They have survived despite congress forcing them to fund 75 years of future pension payments, unheard of in the private sector. It's a national treasure that should be supported with our tax dollars if need be. Both UPS and FedEx have lost my packages in the past and I would love to see either of them deliver a standard envelope across the country, to a rural address, for 51 cents. The lowest rate they have is for a business envelope at $8.90.”
