Nice location. As it is with most places they're a bit short staffed but they've always been pleasant when I either needed specific bills (which I do wish the ATM did) or when I needed foreign currency exchange.

I've consistently received great service from the personable staff at this location. I'm happy overall with PNC services, and this location in particular.

The lady is always sweet. The man with the brown buzz cut and cool ties is constantly rude. He acts like anytime I come to the bank I’m being a burden. I’m going to start driving all the way to the bank in media until the other Pnc in town opens up because the way he treats people makes us feel so bad when I’m reality I just need to go to the bank.

I had my wallet stolen this weekend. I spent all Sunday making phone calls to various credit card companies. Needless to say I was exhausted today when I went into the branch. I went in hoping for a painless experience. I sat down, the rep. gathered some information from me. Then engaged in small talk no problem. But then tried to sell me on a credit card, with cash back, AFTER HAVING ALL OF MY STUFF STOLEN. Sensitivity? Really? Then I sat there for 30 minutes. The machine was broken. Very unpleasant experience. Will never return to this branch.

I have stopped in this branch twice recently and the customer service is awesome! Both Shameia and Caitlin were extremely friendly and it's quite clear that they both sincerely enjoy their jobs. I'm very lucky to have this branch right down the road from where I work.
