I placed an order over 3 weeks ago. There is absolutely no way to get hold of anyone to check order status. I have called at least 15 times, tried the "Chat" option, emailed, etc. No call back, no email back and the Chat option...no response. The only thing keeping from giving a 1 star review is that when I go on this site and everyone raves about the product and I see the "owner" respond thanking them for the review. My high hopes is that the owner responds to my inquiry and Informs me of whether I will receive my order anytime.soon.

You can judge a store when you have gone through a complex tangled mess with them, and still have a good experience. I bought a highly coveted patagonia jacket from their online store, but the last jacket in size M had been sold on the floor right as I purchased it online. After using the wrong credit card, a new jacket in size L, two credit card charges that couldn't be refunded -- I have to say they were incredibly professional and responsive. The least I can do is write a glowing review because not every store has good customer service, that are able to follow the tangled thread that ended up with my purchase and still leave a good impression on me. I will be shopping here online again.

Out There Outfitters is a great place to get all your outdoor gear. Whether for the trail or the lodge, Out There has it all in a very convenient layout. Staff is very friendly and helpful!! Not to be missed is the end of season sales so that you will be geared up for next season.

Amazing Shopping Experience! I needed to pick up some Christmas gifts to impress my teen and 20 something bougie kids, Heidi hit it out of the park with her recommendations! The kids were super happy this year with their lightweight warm outerwear and other gifts! Thank you for the personal attention to detail, loved the gift boxes too, this store has amazing customer service and cares about your needs, I will be back!

I went to the store yesterday. As always they were super helpful. However, this time I was insecure (Covid pounds) and needed a jacket and a couple of tops. Male staff member was so helpful, honest and supportive. Today I wore one of the tops and I loved it, didn't need to take a second glance.

i'm a huge junkie for anything grateful dead related. i also love outdoor clothing brands such as patagonia, faherty etc. well, this store has both - it's probably my new favorite store in the area. the staff is ridiculously friendly and knowledgeable about all the brands too, such as the warming technology behind the jacket. mega cool place, will definitely return soon!

The best outdoor shop in the area and beyond. Amazing service. Amazing product selection. Easy parking out front and nice area to shop around and grab some food. This place is the best! So glad it's around. We love to support local shops too.
