I have never been here. I live in western New York. Someone left a piece of chocolate from here on the table at the restaurant I work at with my tip. This is the best chocolate I’ve ever had. If I’m ever in the area I will most definitely stop to get some!

To my surprised, I cracked into a chocolate box and saw nothing but pure goodness. The variety and quality were second to none. Nancy has the chocolatier game in check. I will be back for more.

Milk Chocolate covered Oreos and cherry cordials where worth the 2 hour drive. Great customer service and quick transaction. Over a 1000 different pieces of chocolate/ candy to choose from. It was worth it.

Two stars for the beautiful display. One star for miserable customer service. I brought my mother here for the first time and she was very excited to order. An older Caucasian man behind the counter saw us and refused to help us. He held his female colleague up talking and talking. Her back was turned to the counter while she spoke with him. I believe she did not see us, but he saw us standing there, yet offered no help as we waited and waited.

I've always enjoyed this candy store! Top quality chocolate and candies with many helpful ladies behind the counter willing to put up with me while I take forever to decide what I want. The chocolate pretzels are the best in the world!

Here is the problem and why I gave 2 stars. My 8 month pregnant daughter and I went to this establishment today. I've always enjoyed going into this market. For the most part people are friendly. Came up to the counter after having lunch from some candy. We stayed at the counter for quiet some time until I finally had to ask if someone would wait on us. Here's the problem, the man at the apposite counter was talking to her, Clearly saw us looking for help. SPOKE nothing to the woman behind the counter. He could have said, I think you have customers, she continued with the conversation and ignored both of us. I will assume she didn't see us. Just an assumption. HE CLEARLY DID. I did feel uncomfortable here, probably will not return. MAYbe it's just being a person of color, I did not feel welcomed. 2 stars for the display. nothing for the customer service.

I received some of these candies through a friend, and WOW, they were terrific. I had the salted caramel in chocolate with non-pariels and WOW, it was the best I have ever had. I also had a coconut creme egg, and again, it was the best I ever had. The texture and flavors were perfect and the chocolate was pure. What a treat!!
