This place is a scam, overcharged!! Couldn't get the car because they are closed on the weekend and got charged for it!!! a joke and a scam don't come to tri county collision!! Take your business elsewhere!!

the technician reviewing the damage to the car looked at the damaged door but did not take it off. he said the inner bar was probably broken, would take 3 weeks to fix and would quoted a price 50% higher than another certified shop. he also said the price might get higher once they started working on it. when I said the bar was not broken, another shop had taken off the door and looked at it, this guy said I should go with the other estimate, he doesn't give estimates. Would NOT recommend this shop.

The reason they get a star is because everything started out silky smooth. They picked up my car the day after the accident at the towing place. But then one week turned into 2, two weeks, turned into three, 3 into 4 and I’m STILL WAITING for my car to be fixed! The only way I get a progress report is when I call myself. Only to get the same song and dance about the parts being on back order. If you’ve doing this for decades this is the first thing you should’ve addressed when you got the car. If you have time on your hands and unlimited money in your pocket then this is the place to go.

Highly recommended, these guys did a great job on my 4Runner. Very professional, they handled all of the insurance paperwork and supplementals, my truck came out looking like new. Would use them again.
