Stopped by Louella in Bryn Mawr! Greeted and assisted by a lovely, knowledgeable and confident staff member. I made my purchase and left with a smile ! While I'm not from the area I hope to visit again sometime. Mom, you must be very proud of your daughter and the next shop you open ..... HERSHEY, HERSHEY !

Just be aware of the 14 day return policy for store credit only. I bought a dress at a school fundraiser off site. The wrong size dress was put in my bag. I went to exchange the size to the store after the 14 days and I am out of luck. I wish they would have told me about their return policy. Be warned

Return policy is ridiculous. Return within 14 days and a store credit! After 14 days, no credit. Make sure you love what you purchase here bc you are stuck with it.

Poor customer service. I've been going to this store for years and loved shopping here, however I've noticed a drastic difference in customer service under the new management. I purchased pants today (Black Friday with a 25% discount) that were labeled at 128$. Upon leaving and reviewing my receipt, I realized the price charged was 148$. I returned to allow them to correct the error and was rudely told the pants were mis-marked and that was my problem. They would not honor the 25% discount at the 128$ cost. With plenty of other shopping options available, who needs an environment like this? They've just lost a customer.

There is no phone # listed anywhere on google for your store. I saw something in Main Line Today that I wanted to purchase but had a question and cannot call you. Very frustrating!
