The store was nice and pleasant but the staff were really rude and racist. I went to pick up my online order in store and the lady refused to wrap my 70” long painting as she was busy with other customers and asked me to come back after 4hrs at 6pm if I need her assistance. Ridiculous!

Nice merchandise and front of store was pretty. 20% off everything sale was great. Back half of store was cluttered with boxes. Staff were too busy chatting with each other and didn’t seem to care customers were there. I would’ve bought more but didn’t want to be bothered with staff that didn’t want to be bothered.

I had a problem with a bench that I bought, and the manager of the store handled it in a very professional way. Thank you!!!Kirklands in the Gateway Shopping Center is a great store. everything is beautifully presented and the entire staff is super nice

I dealt with three different associates today and one was as equally as nice and helpful as the next. What a great experience I had in this store today. I do not normally shop here but the customer service was outstanding! Thank you!

Last night was actually my first time EVER at Kirkland’s, so I have no gauge and nothing to compare it to. It’s completely not what I expected and it’s not at all my style, however the store was organized and clean. It seem well stocked. I had no interaction with any of the employees.

I called about an item that I ordered for pick up. The woman offered to see if they had the item. She said they did. I drove through traffic to get there. The item was sold which is understandable. Then the hassle she created to cancel my online order was ridiculous. And Gail doesn’t know how to speak quietly when she is bad mouthing you behind your back. No one should shop at this location. Over priced junk and rude employees.

Kirkland has an array of home goods products that appear very upscale. Medium priced, everything seems like luxury. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely continue to shop with them.

Usually I have praises for Kirklands, but the manager was not only snarky , rude and should not be in management left me with a very poot taste when I was about to purchase a canvas print Sprint that was noted to be 50% off when she informed me it was 40% and was placed at the wrong table. This this is not the customer's fault for staff and/or management placing in the wrong area her comment was rude disrespectful and not very professional with her comment stating oh are we going to play this game . No we will not play this game when you just sold this print to another person. The worst part of this is the headquarters headquarters has yet to respond to respond to my request for a telephone conference
