Love the stores inventory. However, there are multiple toys on display. There is also no sign stating toys are for display only. Owner was very rude about my daughter carrying around a display guitar, which we bought one, and spent hundreds of dollars, we did not come to use the business as a playground. Moral is, don’t be a kids store with toys on display without wanting children to play with the toys. If you do not want children to touch the displays, don’t have them or have proper signage.

This store has beautiful merchandise and clothing to choose from. However they have a very strict return policy of 60 days. Outside of that time they will not even allow for a return for size. The item had all tags and a gift receipt. I was very disappointed. They offered to re wrap my gift and suggested I regift it.

Kevin and the other store associate were amazing! Really patient with us and I enjoyed being able to hold the products on our registry. Using the weighted baby in the baby carrier was particularly cool!

We wanted to look at strollers in person for feel and size. Kids N Kribs had every brand we were interested in at the shop! Kevin chatted with us for probably over an hour, and really helped us narrow down our stroller and car seat picks. He was so knowledgeable. Thanks for the time today, looking forward to many trips back!

there have been several attempts to make our experience better, and all have gone unanswered. My husband, after several calls and emails, wrote a poor review, which I see has gone unanswered and been removed. So, I will repost. I purchased nursery furniture from this store in August 2021. I was given a 16 week delivery estimate. 16 weeks came and went. I had to follow up on my order and was never once contacted as a courtesy from the store to provide me with an update. after waiting 32 weeks for my furniture (my baby is now 5 months old at this point), I was offered a crappy, used, cheap loaner set from the store. the delivery was horrendous, the drivers reeked of cigarettes. I'm sorry, you offer white glove delivery, that is not free. not to mention you are delivering NURSERY furniture into peoples homes. six weeks later, I finally received my nursery furniture - delivered about 8 months after purchase. drivers again smelled like cigarettes and marijuana, even after I had to complain about it the first time. I tried to resolve the matter privately by expressing my concerns in an email that was responded to in an unprofessional and condescending manner. My husband continuously reached out to receive (at the very least) a courtesy paint sample to fix some imperfections, which we still never received. When we would call for updates on our delivery, the calls always went unanswered if we called from our cell phones, but answered if we called from private or different numbers. horrible, horrible, horrible business practices and customer service. it's really shame, because they have nice stuff. I wanted to order the matching chest, but will order from another source.

I have made many purchases from Kids n Kribs over the past 2 years and every time has been a joy. Their staff is always incredible with offering us help and even giving us suggestions on toys we may like based on items we came in for. We also purchased our Veer from them and it is easily our favorite baby related purchase. Their new location is always spacious and beautiful inside!

Every time someone close from work, friends, or family is having a baby, I know I can stop by the store and find a unique, high-quality gift...and have it wrapped beautifully. The team is friendly and helpful. Huge fan of Gloria and the group.
