I was the Loan Officer on a purchase and worked with Liz Burns. I couldn't recommend her enough. She was available for the buyers and worked with their schedule to make sure they were able to find the home they dreamed of. Liz's communication and diligent process caring about what the buyers were looking for, was the biggest factor in making sure the home buying process was so smooth. I hopefully look forward to working with her again because from start to finish it was one of the most enjoyable experiences I've had. 5 stars doesn't say enough!

Kari was an amazing buyers agent. First time home buyers here. She took an educational approach. Above and beyond responsiveness. Communication was professional. Always on time to showings no matter how far. We really took over the MLS search process and just sent her homes we liked. She got us in to a home three hours after it had gone on market, on a Sunday. It ended up being our lucky day as we ended up closing on the house 30 days later! She advocated for us when sellers realtor was difficult, which luckily wasn't much. I could go on and on. But I will end with, the educational approach was so important and we appreciated her kind knowledgeable responses every day of the process.

Outstanding.I contacted Keller Williams originally for a property I had been eyeing in Manayunk and they were more than accommodating with my requests.
