This shop should have negative 5 stars, unfortunately google doesn't have that feature. The shop is a black hole, anything goes in doesn't come out. I understand shop is busy so repairs take time. BUT they have Zero customer service. Rude. No respect for customer, their time. Looks like shop is earning big money selling Ferraris so no value for customer. It took 4 months for my Lucid repair work to complete that's after my multiple follow ups. Shop will not call you, will not update you on progress. To add to that, when I took delivery of the car, I was surprised that they have NO warranty on any repairs. I was asked to contact Lucid. That's insane. Even a oil change garage offer warranty on workmanship. Unfortunately that's the only Lucid certified body shop in PA. I would highly recommend to take your car to NJ. They have two Lucid certified body shops with great reviews. My bad I didn't check their reviews before asking Lucid to tow the car to this body ahop5. Now lesson learnt and a BIG warning to anyone else reading this review. Please stay away from this shop

Again if I could give a zero. Steve the manager refuses to call us back. Ive spoken to Land Rover main line who referred us there to never use them again. I've also filed a complaint with the Better Business Borough. Its been 5 months and still no update.

Rude people. Not sure what their beef with Tesla is but when I called for a body work on my Model 3 it was a strange conversation. Apparently they are so high end they don't work on a lot of makes. So off I went to Conestoga collision.

I occasionally stop by Karosserie to see the incredible cars in their showroom. The staff is always friendly and lets me take pictures.

Hands down one of the worst places we've ever had to deal with. Our car was taken there in September 2022 (we are now entering February 2023), and they are just now finishing repairs on it from a collision. We were told by the Insurance company we had to use an authorized body shop and they listed this place as one of them. After months, and months.... And more months of waiting... They finally said they were able to get all the collision damage fixed. After 4 to 5 months of waiting they are now telling us they didn't receive money from the insurance company, even though we verified they did. This business has done nothing but hold the car hostage to squeeze more money from the insurance company, and making our lives a living hell every day. They have been unresponsive to phone calls, ignored our pleas for updates and only decided to start responded when we mentioned an Attorney. We will never do business with this company again and I advise all of you to never do the same. Trust me when I say by not doing business here we will have saved you months and months of frustration and money.

This was the worst experience of my life. Not just with cars. EVERYTHING. I would rather have a car payment and a new car than ever give this shop business again. So unprofessional. So disorganized. I will tell each and every person I know about how bad this shop is in the future.

Horrific customer service for a FCA/PCA member too. Seems ego's are bigger than customer care. Apparently I am not alone here. Too big for their britches with that Ferrari sign on their building. They feel they can treat you however you wish, which is fine, but that comes with a 1-star review. As to "recording" on my phone - They knew they were being recorded because I was talking "I am at Karosserie....." while I recorded. The owner flew into a rage, walked off, saying "You have to let people know when you are filming." Both "estimators" just left me hanging - refusing to even give an estimate. They did know (it is an iPhone). Who does not know recording when they see it? I was filming the entire time to understand how they got to a $25,000 paint job for a mark the size of a half penny. It is a logical leap and guess what, you have no expectation of privacy in an open place like your parking lot (learn the law). Besides that point, they knew they were being filmed because I was filming my car the entire time and talking to my phone.Where is the fire anyway? What are you hiding? Don't want people knowing that your plan is to repaint my entire car over a door ding? Well, now they know.

I clipped the rocker panel of my Porsche Boxster Spyder on a cement divider in a parking lot. Not too bad of damage. Brought it here and made an appointment 2 months out, and was told if they got the replacement panel early they may call if they can fit me in. as it would be a quick job. My appointment came, dropped it off and 6 days and 3 times of asking for an update and not getting called back, I went in. My car hadn't been started yet. When I asked the manager, I was told "we've been too busy to fit it in, don't know when we'll get to it", and "if you take your car, we won't be calling you back". I asked why a quick job would take so long" and the reply was "Was I in when you dropped it off? Who told you that?"...he did, when I made the appointment. Don't expect good customer service, or that an appointment means anything here

I’ve had nothing but an excellent experience here. My Audi looks straight out of the factory and the detail work is impeccable. Look folks, your car is going to spend some time here especially if it’s imported German, Italian, etc. supply chain issues are a very real thing. Luckily I have a beater truck that I was able to use.

HORRIBLE customer service! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!They have had my vehicle for 3 months. My car was hit while parked and was towed there for repair. I have called for weeks for status updates and have received no information. When I call, the same lady answers every time who is friendly however she has no information and there is no one for her to transfer us to for assistance. This past week, I have called every day for 5 days in a row, my husband has called twice and my insurance company has also called on our behalf. Thinking if we call enough, eventually someone will be available . Each time we’re told “Steve” is the only person who has the information and will have to call us back. Steve has NEVER called us! We have no information on our vehicle, a timeline of what to expect, an estimate or list of damages that need to be repaired, parts, nothing!! Our insurance company has not received any updates since Karosserie cashed the first payment over $12,000 over a month ago!! And there is never anyone available but the receptionist when you call. They are extremely unprofessional and this kind of service is unacceptable! I absolutely do not recommend!!

For anyone that needs their car repaired, would not recommend Karosserie anymore. Doesn't seem like they continue work on the car and keep pushing repairs back. Been delayed week over week for another "part" that they somehow need to order when it was confirmed that all parts from the invoices have arrived weeks ago. Everytime I did call and they mentioned that they will call me back, I never have once received a call back. They will do anything and everything to avoid contact (I even had to call from different numbers to even get an answer, which means they were avoiding my main cell number).
