Absolute seamless experience and would recommend working with this team on the sale, purchase or both processes. The timeliness and efficiency of everything that went into our quick turnaround - between getting in quickly and early for a newly paired house, submitting an offer within four hours, receiving approval within three to turning around the listing of house and coordinating pictures, posting the listing all of which within 4 days of having our offer approved - just incredible. Looking back I have nothing but positive memories and things to say about this team

We chose Scott Lipschutz to help find us our first home - BEST decision! Scott's knowledge of the current market, dedication, and expertise helped us secure the second home we made an offer on! Working with Scott was easy, he is very responsive and was able to schedule appointments to see the homes we were interested in as soon as possible. Our timeline didn't go exactly as we planned due to circumstances outside of our control, but Scott and his team made sure to keep in contact and inform us along the way. Kelsey Pinelli assisted us with the sale of our first home. She was absolutely incredible and very helpful from the first meeting giving is her (accurate) opinion on what our home would be worth in the current market, to signing the final papers. She made our experience selling our home painless, and seem almost effortless. She is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. We used Kelsey and the Hardy Team to buy and sell our home and they were outstanding. Kelsey took the time to come to our home and spent hours answering all the questions we had for her. Kelsey made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like giving us staging tips, and having professional photographs taken. When we saw our listing we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. The second buyer that saw the property put in an offer. We accepted the offer and the Hardy Team walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience.
