I recently needed a high-end Anderson screen repaired because of pet damage. I encountered several very helpful folks who directed me to the rear counter for special services like screen repair. I was introduced to Sal, who couldn’t have been more professional and helpful. He took his time in explaining to me the options available as well as letting me know and some specifics about how he needed to retrofit for the pet grade screen I chose. He said it may take a few days because they had some other screen repairs in front of me. He said they would call when it was done like clockwork. Three days later I received a call that my screen repair was finished. I just can’t say enough about the great customer service, Sal, and the staff they are provided.will”
“This is one of my favorite stores of all time so on a personal note I'm in a good mood when I walk in here to begin with. Think of Harbor Freight as the "affordable alternative" to that Depot chain some are familiar with. The deals that they have at this store never cease to amaze me and I find that I rarely can walk out of the store without purchasing something that I may or may not even need because I just don't have it. Can you get things here that you can get at other stores? Absolutely. Are you going to be these prices? A snowball's chance in hell is greater than you finding a better deal somewhere else. This, you can take to the BANK, and considering all the savings, you actually WILL!”
“Found this hardware store today while looking for a forklift propane tank refill. This staff is very personable and willing to help with with any questions you may have. “If you are someone like me, you are constantly doing little diy projects around your house and don't need tons of materials. Sometimes the Lowe's and Home Depot's can get extremely overwhelming and often times hard to find help from an employee. I have recently stopped going to Lowe's in Havertown and solely go to DMI on haverford rd! They have anything I could possibly need for the projects around my house. Lumber, paint, hardware, screws and nails, tools, gardening supplies, rental equipment for those larger projects, you name it! They also do chair and table rentals if you are throwing a party and need some extras! It really does feel like a family when you walk in there. There are numerous employees walking around, constantly asking how they can assist and make your experience at DMI better than it already is. From large to small, DMI has all that you could possibly need at a great price. Give it a try next time, I'm sure you will be back!”

“I've shopped at their garden center many times, and I've always been happy with the selection of perennials, shrubs, and trees. They usually have what I'm looking for, and offer to order it for me if there's anything they don't have in stock right then. They always have a wide range of both ornamental plants and fruit/veggies/herbs. Also, their perennial selection usually includes plenty of native options. They are unfailingly polite and helpful.”

I love t-$hirts but I love them even more when they're free.Service: Outstanding!!! The staff here is exceptionally welcoming and knowledgeable. “The place was organized the store was well lit the staff was fast n helpful. They had what i needed and knew how to locate the item swiftly. The prices where ok. The parking seem to be my only problem. I had to park in a bus only zone and run in and out wich with the stores help I was in and out but there's no parking only on the side streets wich are always packed. All in all the experience here was ok no hassles waits or worries.”
“Convenient to my residence but much too small of a space for the amount of product the store carries, and as a result organization and claustrophobia can often become a problem. Several times it’s taken 5-10 minutes to locate an employee when I’ve had questions or am ready to complete a purchase.”

“Ordered 3 keyed alike Mul T Lok herculars. They came in about 4 weeks which is expected. Medeco and Mul T loks are both back ordered 4-6 weeks. The locks came brand new. If you are unsure if they are legit or not. Check there GSA # and called Fried bothers. You can confirm Fried brothers are on the mul t lock authorized distrubators list (dont get confused with retailer when checking the website) Locks came in brand new.. no scratches. You cant beat the price of this locks when buying from anywhere else”
