“I must say, I've been a member for about 3 or 4 months now. I've had no issues, plenty of equipment, clean bathrooms/dressing rooms, and I see the cleaning crew constantly working hard. The sauna is nice and the chair that gives you massage is relaxing! Plenty of pre workout or protein drinks to choose from in the fridge. They have the cinema section with treadmills and other cardio machine to use while watching a movie with the movie theatre experience minus the popcorn. There is a woman only section which I enjoy. They have a cool protein shake bar. I haven't experienced people hogging machines or working out in PJs. The gym is normally cool temperature . I love working out without being drenched.”

“We had a great time over the summer at Lifetime with our 3 kids. It's a little pricy but you get what you pay for. Lifeguards were all very professional and seemed attentive. Really love the family restrooms/ changing rooms and towels provided- boy does that make life easier. Kids love the slides. The place is clean and well kept. It is probably the nicest gym I've ever been in. The kids activities are great too. I don't think my kids will not let me stick with the pool next summer. There is also a nice indoor pool.”

“Come for the workouts, stay for the people and literally everything else! I have been a member at Ardmore and Wayne CFML locations and both are top notch gyms. The coaches are amazing and make everything accessible for all different levels and abilities. The community is so welcoming and supportive and is one of the main reasons I have kept consistent in my routine. Truly a special place!”
