If you are not a contractor, beware! I went there to purchase a Kohler toilet flapper for our bathroom and later found I was charged double what it costs at Delaware Valley Plumbing Supply or Ferguson's. It appears that the desk clerk/proprietor saw me as an easy mark and tacked $10 on to the list price of the part. He kept saying the Kohler prices are ridiculous, but, as it turns out, it was his price that was ridiculous. I hate being taken advantage of, and so should you. Shame on Grove Supply!

Not sure why, but it seems like 7 times out of 10 these guys are out of whatever I need. I do a lot of work in the area and usually i have to go down the road to Ardmore in order to get what I need. I the last time I called they didn't have a 4" screw in test ball to test drainage. The time before that they didn't have basic pex fittings. I suppose they may do more business in delivery than in counter orders. If not I have no clue how they sustain themselves.

This place is great. I admit I often go to Home Depot for plumbing parts because it's closer, but when they don't have what I need, or what they do have is junk, I go to Grove Supply. I'm always surprised that the price is about the same. The parts are always better, and you can often get some advice while you're there. Grove even delivers for a very reasonable price. I wish it was closer to Media, PA.
