Manger of the specific location fears business, and customers and treat people poorly. Several times I tried to get a message from store manager to district manager - stonewalled each and every time.I purchased a book of car washes. As to not give anyone hassle of hassle I would travel to the Malvern location as names changed. Mind you the phone numbers and everything else remained the same. Eventually the Malvern location shut down, putting me back to Wayne. Because they do not call themselves Gentle Touch they refuse to honor the prepaid tickets. The District Manager (Pete) appeared amenable to exchanging the tickets for updated tickets however stonewalled by the local manager. Left messages in person, called, emailed - nothing. Yes, Pete, this is me still trying to get ahold of someone. The tickets aren't getting any newer. Large investment and then the company flipped names w/the shell game. They kept everything but the name (and the responsibilities) - these tickets should be honored regardless of age...they are 100% legit and debt was purchased w/the rest of the company. Nothing fancy... basic simple car wash.

Car wash attendant asked me to fold in my outside rear view mirrors. I told him car does not have auto powered mirrors. Told him he could fold them in. Refused to do that. I have had car for 8 years and this is first time have used this car wash. This is not a way to get business.

Ever since I mounted a roof top tent on my Jeep, I come to this place for a great non-touch wash. Highly recommended!

I paid for the top car wash that included wheel shine. As the person was finishing my car, I noticed that the wheels did not look shiny (even though it was dark). I asked if he did the wheels and he said. "YES. " It was dark so I left. I drove that car 2 days later in the morning and could tell that the wheels were not shined. I stopped back at the car wash and asked them, casually not expecting a problem, to simply put the wheel shine and showed the receipt, but they refused. After 30+ years of going there, I am no longer a customer. Also, don't ever buy car wash coupons from there because they change names a lot and will not honor them after you just buy a whole book of car wash coupons.

To say my car was dirty is an understatement. I’m surrounded by trees where I live so there’s always stuff falling on my car. I worked across the street from this place for years and never thought to stop by, but so glad I did. I will be going here from now on.

Hand towel dry was nice, plus prewash just before entering the wash. The wash itself is not the latest car wash technology but it did a good job cleaning up the car from a long drive into the night.
