Extremely painful!!!! Toenails clipped so short it exposed the nail bed. Using cuticle clippers she scraped my cuticles with the blades before cutting them. Which stabbed me multiple times. Then she clips the edges of my nails causing me to bleed, reducing the nail more than 50% on the sides?!?!? Ouch!!!. Then the paint was sloped on leaving huge areas exposed. My toenails look ridiculously small now. Toes are swollen red and scabbed on the edges. When I got home, my feet itched and burned so badly I had to shower and wash them immediately. Days later and the nail beds still hurt. Will not be returning!

These ass clowns shaved 1/3 of one of my eyebrows off when I went in to get them cleaned up. It's worth noting that the picture of my eyebrows is 1.5 weeks old - so just imagine how bad it was when they first shaved my eyebrow off. I should have known something was up when the lady doing the eyebrows rushed out of the room when she was done without giving me a chance to look at my eyebrows. It was also super unprofessional that she asked to be tipped via Venmo, to which I replied no, I'll tip on my card. Any reputable establishment that did this to a customer would have not even charged them let alone asked to be tipped by Venmo. Avoid this dump. I should have read the other reviews and gone somewhere else. Don't make the same mistake I did

Terrible experience!!! Re-fil manicure was mediocre....technician was sweet....BUT charged me $60.....when the prices were right there at the front desk...which clearly stated that the "re-fil" was $40.... plus I called in advance and asked about prices, and was told 40. I questioned the $60 in stead of $40 & was told it was because I used gel polish!! I questioned that I was charged $20 for gel polish???...but did not get an answer. WHAT A RIPP-OFF!!! The salon was practically empty....and NOW I understand WHY!!!! BEWARE!!!

I got a dip manicure and the color looked nothing like the powder and I was very upset. They said they don’t do free nails so they won’t give me a refund or change the color of it. I’ve gone there quite a few times and sometimes they’re not bad, but the workers are very rude and are not good. They charged around $60 for a basic dip manicure which you can get cheaper at other places and for better service. I don’t recommend.

Went there to get a dip manicure. After 2 days my nails were cracking and had bubbles under them. I went back to have 2 fixed and coming completely off under a week. They did fix them and happily accepted my tip; however, the rest did not more than a day or 2. Would not recommend for dip.

My go-to Salon! I’ve been going to Gateway nails for about six years, for waxing, pedicures, manicures, massage. I always leave satisfied, and the prices are good. The service is gentle, clean, thorough and professional.
