I used the service I needed but walking in @10 am w/ only 1 other customer woman behind counter did not even bother to respond to my greeting! I'll go back to Villanova next time where they are helpful and pleasant!

AMAZING!! The staff is so friendly, kind and helpful! Have used them for a bunch of different services. Melanie in particular helped and always has gone above and beyond to say the least. Business cards, signs, printing, general help and questions. I needed things done in a short time frame and again helped a stressful time work out and delivered! AMAZING Love the staff!!!

I was having a difficult time finding a box for a large tv. The staff (Melanie) at this store went above and beyond to find the box for me and make sure it was in stock. They are awesome!

This location is very convenient and it is easy to get help here. Staff is very helpful especially Pierre, he works very efficiently and was multi-tasking smoothly even though he was the only one working that day service was quick and excellent

Guy behind the counter kept making typos while entering the shipment address. I caught two of them but I missed one, and the package was shipped to wrong address. Sure, I should have caught it, but he shouldn't have transposed three different sets of numbers while typing it in either.

If it wasn't for Anthony or Justin I would find another store. I go to this store multiple times a week and most of the time the staff and customers are nasty. ( HIGH EMPLOYEE TURN AROUND) You can tell by the first impression that the manager just verbally abuses the staff. It is like walking on egg shells. God forbid! Do not engage in any friendly chit chatter. The staff will get yelled at by management. I was even there once when the district manager was there and he gave me attitude for engaging with his employees. After my experience, the district manager was outside smoking a cigarette when I went to my car. He gave me the whatever thank you with his chin raised in the air. Avoid if all possible. Use the drop boxes if at all possible. A friendly box is better that the manager at this store.

The manager won't let me send the box back to the sender, but the sender told me it will charge to their account, I went back and manager said he will take care care of it and I even ask ed him twice if that's OK.
