I went here for a repair on my silver Claddagh ring that my grandmother gifted to me 20 years ago. It probably didn't cost too much to begin with, but it is one of my most beloved possessions and when I saw that it was beginning to thin and crack, I was devastated. I brought my ring here for repair, and I am so glad that I did. It looks brand new and Jeremy worked with me to go over each of my options carefully. He repaired the ring (which ended up costing much less than he originally quoted) and it looks like new! He also came up with the great idea to take a mold of the ring and hold on to it to potentially make a new ring out of a new material someday. Very happy with my repair experience here, and I will definitely be back!

Jeremy was incredibly helpful! I needed my small necklace fixed quickly and he was able to get it done. It looks beautiful and you cannot tell I ever broke it. Everyone was so nice and helpful and they had some beautiful pieces in the store.

I walked into Farnan Jewelers a few days ago for the first time to see if they could do a repair on my Lagos pendents clasp. It would not close. I expected to have to leave it there and I met Claire who was so nice and said, do you have a few minutes and I think I can fix it. I was so happy she was able to, and she didn’t charge me for the repair even though I wanted to pay for it. That is what I call customer service and I look forward to using them now for my repairs and I think I found a great new jewelers not far from my home.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience at Farnan Jewelers. Jeremy went above and beyond in the process of our engagement ring purchase. He is friendly, non-intimidating, transparent, and extremely knowledgeable. He went out of his way to ensure the ring was ready in time for our trip and was patient and attentive with my questions and concerns. Most importantly, the final product is stunning - unique, high quality, and beautiful. My fiancé gets compliments everywhere she goes. I took my deceased husband's Rolex there to have it appraised and returned a week later to find that it had been disassembled and was in pieces. I did not authorize what I was told was a complimentary cleaning and when I asked for it to be reassembled and returned to me asap I was told to come back in a few days to collect it or they would give me $200 for it. Took my watch and never went back.

The BEST!!! 10 stars if you ask me. Farnan Jewelers is and has been my go to spot on the Main Line. Jeremy has got whatever you need covered and does it with excellent enthusiasm. He did my wife’s engagement ring and our wedding rings and did so so well. Now 7 years later for our anniversary I asked Jeremy to use some old family jewelry and trusted him to design, recreate and give it new life and meaning. He took one piece and made a necklace that is gorgeous while still keeping original look of the larger piece. The ring he designed and made was mind blowing amazing. I even got excited! Bottom line is if you want quality jewelry Farnan is your place.Jeremy thank you again! See you on the next one!

My wife took my daughters Cartier love bracelet that she broke at the clasp. Cartier wanted a ridiculous amount to repair and quoted 5 months time. We took it to jeremy and he not only fixed it perfectly but rushed it so she could wear it for a special event.So great to deal with a true family business that cares about their clients and does repair work onsite.

I recently had an issue with the clasp on my Rolex. After being overcharged for a repair at a local Rolex AD, I decided to try Farnan. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and they had me in and out within 10 minutes. While I was willing to pay for the service, they refused to charge me.They have a variety of jewelry options available at many price points, and can do custom work. Would highly recommend.
