The hotel is beautiful and was very clean. Albdul checked us in, and he did a wonderful job of making us feel welcome. Now, complementary hours were from 5-630pm. They had snacks and cheese and fruit, which was ok. Drinks were included in what you wanted. Now, the bartender that night was NOT pleasant at all. He had a strong chip on his shoulder. I had to ask if he was ok because the attitude was not professional at all. We were a party of 8, and all of us felt the same way. The beer was flat as it was Ina pitcher. Asking for another one from the tap was also a problem. Now, breakfast was wonderful. The chef made it his job to make you feel very comfortable. The morning breakfast crew was full of smile. We did go to the pool which was freezing and we didn't stay long. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Felt safe.

We stayed here for a youth weekend sports tournament with two teenagers, a child, and two parents in the King Suite.Value for the price was good. Lacked attention to small details.Rooms are large and the suite layout is convenient. Breakfast was excellent. The bed was way too soft and worn out. Pillows were cheap. They didn't give us enough pillows, towels, washclothes, blankets for four people and we had to keep asking. The lock on the bathroom didn't work. The fitness center was really weird. There's an employee entrance and/or some sort of loading dock entrance right in the middle of if. Only has cardio and free weights. The pool water was dirty, cloudy, and probably didn't have enough chlorine.Overall, they lack attention to detail, but for the price it was a good value.

The staff at this hotel was excellent. Jeanette specifically was superb and accommodated us with more than we could have asked for. They all went above and beyond for our team, as they do every year, and were friendly and helpful. The chef for their restaurant and for their omelette bar were both fantastic. We cannot wait to return next year.

I dare you to find a better meal at a reasonable price in any other Hilton Embassy Suites. The Cool River restaurant located inside of the hotel is a Texas-style steakhouse and is fantastic. The meats are smoked on the premise daily, all of the sauces and dressings are made from scratch, and while I was skeptical about a Texas Blue Crab cake, I was pleasantly surprised at how amazing it was. The crab cakes are made with a trio of special, claw meat, and lump meat, making it more crab than cake. But The Meyer Lemon roumolade and Tito's Cocktail sauce, both of which are made from scratch, really take the dish to the next level. The prime rib is smoked daily, so whether you prefer a 10 or 16 oz steak, or even the aged prime rib sandwich, you cannot go wrong. They have plenty of vegetarian and vegan options available, such as their mushroom ravioli in a roasted tomato sauce, or the butternut squash ravioli in a delicious brown butter sauce. And aside from their variety of salads, they also carry the Impossible Burger. For dessert, the Makers Mark Bread Pudding topped with cinnamon ice cream is my personal favorite, but there are other options available as well such as the chocolate ganache layer cake or their many flavors of gelato and ice cream. The bar offers hand crafted signature cocktails, a well stocked wine list, and plenty of local beers on tap that are rotated seasonally, as well as the basic favorite domestic beers every bar carries. They also offer seasonal cocktails made with premium ingredients and a variety of smoked cocktails, aside from the typical old fashioned that are sure to please. There is a daily reception held from 5-6:30pm for all hotel guests to enjoy, including a variety of free beer, wines, or mixed drinks,..as well as a beautiful spread of snacks such as artisan cheeses, fresh fruit and vegetables and other delicious munchies to enjoy. Dinner is available starting at 5:00pm and is available until 9:30pm everyday except sunday. However, both breakfast and the daily reception are still available on Sundays despite the bar and kitchen being closed. Should you arrive before or after the bar is open, there is a full service wine wall, which is essentially a wine vending machine that will charge how many ounces of whatever wine you'd like to your room. While it may seem like just another restaurant/bar in an average hotel with mediocre/typical food and drinks at first glance, I assure you it will exceed all of your expectations and have you coming back for more.

The rooms are not well maintained and this hotel needs renovation. The front desk staff is also not very welcoming.

The EMBASSY SUITES at Valley Forge is part of the Hilton group of brands. This is a lovely location, with the Cool River restaurant down on the main floor as well as snacks and cappuccino machines behind the front desk. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, being a suite, there's a living room, bathroom, small bar area, and the bedroom. Everything was comfortable, clean, and ready for my arrival. Really enjoyed the bed and the pillows. NOTES: 1. there are extra blankets underneath the TV in the console in the living room. 2. The windows next to the front door in the living room area, have sheer curtains and opaque curtains. It appears housekeeping pulls the opaque curtains back, which means if you don't remember to close them, anybody walking by can look right in on you. 3, The shower: the wallet is a lovely shower, the way that it is set up makes it incredibly difficult to reach in effectively and turn on the shower without getting blasted by cold water because there's no sliding doors you have to actually be in the shower to turn the water on and there's nowhere to hide. What I did was take the handheld shower head off, and rest it in the soap caddy while the water was warming up. Overall a nice place, would stay again.Rooms: See detailed review above

Stayed here for the New Year. Very polite and helpful staff all throughout. Rooms were exactly as advertised, spacious and clean. The indoor fitness center and pool were great! Wouldn't mind staying here in the warmer months to take advantage of the outdoor workout area!

We had our company luncheon at the Cool River inside the Embassy Suites and I cannot say enough good things about our experience. The private space was perfect for a small group, the staff were professional and provided an excellent dining experience, and the food was absolutely delightful. Such a hidden gem!Food & drinks: The best hotel restaurant experience we've ever had!

I am someone who travels a ton for work & I cannot say enough how great of an Embassy Suites this location is. It is hands down the best Embassy Suites I have stayed at in several years! The staff go over and above to make sure your stay is perfect. The entire hotel (including rooms) are impeccably clean. Lastly, the location is super close to restaurants, shopping, and historical sites. One of the hidden gem of this hotel is their Cool River Restaurant & Lounge. I have eaten dinner in the lounge several time and am blown away by the quality of the food! Their Jim Beam steak ranks in the top 5 steaks I have ever eaten. In addition, the whisky & bourbon selection is as good as you will find anywhere. If you are staying in the King of Prussia/Philadelphia area, you are making a mistake staying anywhere else!

Very friendly professional service rooms and suites very adequate for our needs. Location convenient to everything we needed. The breakfast buffets in the morning were excellent. Complete with Custom made omelets and blueberry pancakes fresh off the grill.I don't eat this well at home.

My family and I thoroughly enjoy staying here every time we visit relatives in the area. The breakfast manager Nancy is always pleasant and even remembers us and says hello. Benni is a riot making just as many jokes as he makes custom omelets and pancakes. 'A most personable chef. When we checked in for our most recent 3-night stay, Tyler gave us a gift bag of waters, and then a chocolate bar. I love him! And then there's Ieshia with her "Welcome back, guys" every time one of us returned through the front doors. Our Nepali maid Ambika even replaced the temperamental coffee machine while bringing fresh towels. The staff is awesome. The breakfast food is yummy and fresh. The price is a fine value. I feel comfortable, safe, and at home in this hotel.

I have stayed here over five times in the past year. This place executes flawlessly and exceeds expectations each time. It is the best Embassy location I have ever stayed at. Warm greeting. Quick check in. Immaculate, spacious rooms and common areas. Good location. Great value. Generous managers reception and I’m always able to meet friendly guests to strike up pleasant conversations. Plenty of parking. Christina the bar tender always remembers me by name and continues our conversation from last time - she even remembers my preferences - every hotel would be well served my having someone like Christina on staff. I’m always thankful when there is a dark beer on draft. James the food and beverage manager is always there to ensure everything is to quality and always shares a few minutes of banter with me — something I hugely appreciate. The food is always good — most recently I had the prime rib which was steakhouse quality and I wish I could eat every night. The waiters Relace and Bryce also check in on me even though I’m typically seated at the bar. Mohammed, Mo, and Morcos are typically my most common front desk people — always making sure to remind me of the breakfast being included and the hours and other hotel specific details - something I’m grateful for since my mind is typically exhausted and focused on getting to my room, often forgetting to get those hotel details on my own. Breakfast is always spot on, with an omelette chef! and ensures I start my day great. Finally, I have even ran into the general manager AJ in person before and he has taken a few minutes to ask about my stay. You won’t regret staying here. This team has a lot to be proud about and if I was lucky enough to run my own hotel than this is the way I would aspire to run it.

An organization I work with hosted a training here, and we were so happy with the results. The staff were incredibly helpful from the tech needs to the room set up. We had a fantastic time, and the training went off without any problems. The food was also delicious, and the location was clean and beautiful inside and out.
