I’m writing this one star review because of an experience I had with the manager Linda Harvey. This had to be the most uncomfortable conversation i’ve had with a member of that authority. She was racist and just overall rude. I don’t like how I was treated and something needs to be done about her and how she treats people who are just looking for help.

Fine, it is for contractual position. The interview was virtual. Didn't get the job I found out by the agency.

This company is a pack of crooks. They consistently say they haven't received payments on time or not at all. Then they add outrageous late fees. Meanwhile my bank has proof of delivery that the payments are on time to them! Read the other reviews and the BBB reviews. What I am saying here is a consistent problem with this company. AVOID this company!!!

Bought my tractor package. Called to see how to have my extra amount go straight to principle. was told i had to 3 months of payments in first.Called the second time and was told I had to have 3 months worth ov advanced payments.Got stimulus money and called again. Was told this time had to be made as a separate payment. Three calls and three different answers, what a crap company.

DLL FINANCIAL is without exception the very worst company I have ever dealt with,to say they have poor customer service and operate fraudulently and deceptively would be a major understatement. The only way to deal with these people is extremely aggressively and from the highest position possible...start with the attorney general and corner them, then continue on and go after them civilly with a good law firm....they are way worse than their reviews and a class action civil suit is on their horizon...it should be reasonably easy to get others to pile on, a federal court needs to hurt them financially as much as possible, and they deserve it.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Worst customer service! Aggressive and absolutely no people skills! Arrogant, abusive and down right nasty staff! If I were you I would not touch them with a 10 foot pole! They need to fire everyone and shut the place down in my opinion. Scourge of the earth!

unwilling to help us on a copier lease reprieve that was signed a few days before covid and shut down our operation. Customer service is terrible. I have to scrutinize my monthly invoices since they are frequently wrong and contain late fee's when their lousy system is the one not working.

Everything went fine until we wanted to end our lease and return the equipment. Then it was impossible to get in touch with anybody and took us a full 6 months to successfully cancel, and of course we had to pay on that lease the entire time. It seems like this company does a ton of different things. I wouldn't trust them for any of them.

BEWARE: If you are a business utilizing their lease program for a copier - DO NOT CONSIDER THIS COMPANY! Signed a new lease with Copier Fax at the end of existing lease of old machine. Copier Fax for 3 months could not fulfill the "new copier" lease so DeLage Landen has chosen to hold my business hostage for 1 year on an automatic renewal clause with the "old copier".

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with DLL! I called to cancel the Xerox contact after they suckered me into another 12 months automatically without my consent or approval! In the fine lines, they trap you into another 12 months if you don't give them notice of intent to cancel or terminate the contract, but they never inform you of the requirements until it is too late! They hit me with a bill of $964.22 which included an outstanding charge of $100.00 with no explanation of what the additional charge was. Also, I spoke to Daniel who was extremely rude and raising his voice at times over the phone as I requested to cancel this contract. He was giving me the run around, telling me bogus stories about how the vendor tried to reach out to me to inform me of the contract ending prior to the end date. This is completely a lie as I wasn't even able to get a hold of the vendor after numerous attempts via e-mail and phone, leaving them voicemails and they never returned any of my calls nor e-mailed me back so for him to tell me they reached out to me was a complete lie. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY from DLL Financial Services as they will only disappoint you and make it ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE to cancel their equipment and they still steal your money. To this day, I still have not received a response back from this company on cancelling despite my phone calls and e-mails requesting cancellation. This company should be sued and put out of business due to their DECEITFUL and DECEPTIVE business practices!

I waited on hold for a bit. However, that didn't matter once I got to a representative. I spoke with Michael Kennedy and he was by FAR one of the best customer service reps. I have spoken to in a long time. He was professional and friendly at the same time. i wish more were like him. Thank you!
