Needed a flu shot for myself and three kids. I was only able to book my shot online, so my three kids were walk ins. I was told at the register that I wouldn’t be able to get flu shots for the kids because it was so busy, but when Marissa the pharmacist came out to give me my shot, she told me she could squeeze the three kids in as well. This location is always crazy- and people always complain because it’s busy- but I always have great interactions with the pharmacy staff and Marissa went above and beyond so I didn’t have to bring the kids back another time. Thanks Marissa!

I always had a great experience at CVS and has been going to 629 w lancaster avenue , Wayne , PA for my family prescriptions. Today 2nd Nov I was talking to someone at counter and then he needs help . So he calls and white women comes for help. She does not bother to know what I was looking for . I gave the medicine name to the earlier person before help. She sends me out saying it is over the counter. I search around and I don’t find it. Then I go back and ask someone and they say it is prescription. I asked The women who came to help earlier why did you send me off saying it is over the counter and she says” go somewhere else” . Right from the beginning she was in bad mood and does not care about customers. People come to pharmacy because they need help not for entertainment. You really need someone who has that mindset. This women clearly did not have or does not care about people.

Good evening Family. I have visited a number of times but did not write a review. I shopped here today for Minoxidil, Q tips and cotton rounds. Good experience even though self checkout was not working. The young lady associate came over to fix it. Then it was working fine. Have a good night, workout, be 💪 strong, healthy, fit and Fabulous. My interaction with the associate was good.

The young lady helping me at the Devon PA CVS was absolutely professional and even keeled as she navigated a broken photo machine, numerous phone calls, a slow photo computer, and dealing with other customers at the register all while providing me top notch service with a smile.
Not many like her left !!

Very friendly, cooperative and respectful staff. I dropped off the Amazon return (this CVS location is at the same time a UPS access point) and Abdur (the cashier) was super cooperative. He gave me scissors, a tape, was very very friendly, cooperative and very respectful. I was touched by his great attitude to me and other clients. I saw him talking to other clients in the same respectful and friendly manner. Highly recommend!

This CVS location has very professional staff members that have great customer service skills and love helping out the customers with finding their items they were shopping for. One young employee was multi tasking customers questions and solving them. Keep up the good work 👍

I'm giving it a four only because of the decor of the store is hideous. Dark and foreboding, but all the pharmacy staff have been extremely helpful. And I really like their service

I would prefer to talk to the pharmacist, however they put me on the Voicemail and I would rather just quickly get the problem solved rather than let it linger all day long and then I think about it all day long so please give us An option to have a regular patient select the PHARMACIST to talk to thank you

Woman with black niqāb was very rude . We asked for help ringing out and she had a attitude about it. Telling us to use the self check out . Since this was insurance it had to be done by employee. They are here to work sorry of we made her work for a living

Pretty certain they’re fraudulent. I tried to get them to take my insurance and they lied and said the amount was my “copay” and on the bag some completely different discount card was uploaded and not my insurance at all so I basically just bought my prescriptions out of pocket because they wouldn’t listen and basically ushered my out of the door. I HATEEEE this pharmacy. stay away.

these guys are the best. Always helpful. Last time my daughter had a train she had to catch and they were kind enough to expedite her meds so she can take them on her trip. The pharmacist are really hard working and I really appreciate what they do. I try to be patient with them because I know they are trying their best.
