Pretty certain they’re fraudulent. I tried to get them to take my insurance and they lied and said the amount was my “copay” and on the bag some completely different discount card was uploaded and not my insurance at all so I basically just bought my prescriptions out of pocket because they wouldn’t listen and basically ushered my out of the door. I HATEEEE this pharmacy. stay away.

these guys are the best. Always helpful. Last time my daughter had a train she had to catch and they were kind enough to expedite her meds so she can take them on her trip. The pharmacist are really hard working and I really appreciate what they do. I try to be patient with them because I know they are trying their best.

Wouldn't even sell me Claritin D because they said only Accept US or Canada photo ID.Sounds RACIST to me. If you not from US or Canada and just came to America don't even go here they won't accept your passport as an photo ID !

This place is so frustrating…. It really feels like they do not care about customer service here. Every time a go to the pharmacy here there is another thing that just does not make sense. 6 people on line, one at the register, but plenty of other staff…. Untrained staff at the register…. Other people behind the counter that clearly know how to help but will not… Opening late the day after a holiday…. A lunch break schedule that totally disregards when real people can pick up prescriptions vs. rotating lunch…. I have never had so many frustrating things happen at one pharmacy. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN until they fix their issues. Maybe they just need someone running this team that really cares. I am going to try ACME across the street. — it is a shame. They have the best location in town. All they need to do is try a little bit…. I guess they just don’t care to….

If I could give zero stars, I would. Constant issues with filling prescriptions. Slow service. The pharmacist lacks any empathy. The only positive is the woman working at the prescription counter who tried to be as helpful as possible.

The nice lady Natalina baruzzi helped me find my fungi infection cream for my toes and now they are all better and don't have blisters

Literally rudest pharmacist ever. The short Asian man is horrible. He refused to fill my script on a Fri saying he needed to call my Dr to verify on Monday. When I asked why he couldn’t call before then, he said even if he does call he will need a new script because he doesn’t think he can verify it over the phone. Why did he say he needed to call on Monday? He expected me to say no I’ll take it elsewhere and when I said pls call sooner (since it IS a legit script, obviously), he realized he’d talked himself into more work or just wanted to be rude. Whatever his motivation, he spoke over me and was so incredibly rude that the other 2 staff people had their mouths open but said nothing as my eyes filled with tears and I left. It was humiliating that after 20 years of begrudging CVS loyalty due to not wanting to switch, I am doing that as we speak- on my way out, a couple stopped me to say they never drop scripts off when the “little guy” is working because he’s such a prick. I’ve never called someone a prick in my life but this man is absolutely the definition of that word— miserable and trying to make everyone else’s day worse so he can feel powerful. He’s empowered himself right out of another customer and I’ll tell everyone I know…. Including him next time I pass by, just so he can feel embarrassed and called out in front of others like he did to me. The difference is that I didn’t do anything to earn it and he sure did.

Been going here for a year, 5 scripts, never had any problems. Folks at this store are more pleasant and professional than at other CVSs. Pharmacy worker noticed an issue with my pill count and resolved it. The low reviews are not accurate IMO

Amazing structure that does not make up for the terrible customer service inside. Hopefully CVS can regroup and turn this location around after the scamdemic loses steam in 2025.
