“I went in after dark on Friday, March 1, having walked from my credit union with cash but no money on my other bank card to call an Uber and having a problem with their online banking and having a problem calling for a taxi, and I went in to see if I could deposit cash into my checking account at the ATM, which they do not do. Kate (I believe she is a manager) was extremely helpful, walking me to the ATM and assisting me, turning her head when I put in my password, and when we found out that the machines do not allow deposits, she came up with the idea for me to buy a Visa gift card and put cash on it through them, which I did. Since my phone was bought in another country and I use my school's Wi-Fi, I did not have my own service which was another problem for calling Uber since WaWa does not have internet. Again, thinking fast, Kate called an Uber for me using her phone, and after much hesitation, I paid her the cash. She also offered me coffee and just made me feel so welcomed and not like I was being a nuisance, which I very much appreciate. I asked for her name because I knew I wanted to write this review, which she told me I did not have to do - and I usually don't because I believe that being nice should be a default, especially in customer service, however, with courtesy fast waning these days and businesses not caring, I thought that she deserved to be acknowledged, and I hope that WaWa does acknowledge good employees like Kate, because people like me who do not take kindness for granted will return to a business even when it is inconvenient or out of the way, just to support it because of good workers. I do not go to WaWa often, but when I do, I will be sure to return to 215 W. Lancaster Ave. in Wayne, PA because of Kate. Also, shout-out to the other employee (older black woman at the register) who I first went to for help, and instead of turning me away saying, "I don't know", she alerted Kate in the first place. They definitely worked as a team!”

“Needed a flu shot for myself and three kids. I was only able to book my shot online, so my three kids were walk ins. I was told at the register that I wouldn’t be able to get flu shots for the kids because it was so busy, but when Marissa the pharmacist came out to give me my shot, she told me she could squeeze the three kids in as well. This location is always crazy- and people always complain because it’s busy- but I always have great interactions with the pharmacy staff and Marissa went above and beyond so I didn’t have to bring the kids back another time. Thanks Marissa!”

“The whole pharmacy team is great. They work so hard to help people out. Ivy, Ryan… all of them are so helpful and clearly care about their work. The 1 star reviews on here are from angry boomers and rich kids who have never had to wait in a line before. News flash: pharmacies in the US are understaffed because they aren’t getting paid enough for the work they do, let alone a living wage. Go try working a day at a pharmacy and you’ll see.”

“It’s hard to give a 7-Eleven five stars, but I’m not sure what’s with all the terrible reviews. It’s a pretty normal service plaza 7-Eleven. The cashier I think her name is Lizzy is very nice.”
