Hate to do it but did not see the quality of service or professionalism the Audi dealer touted. Two and a half weeks to suction out some impact dimples ok fine. I get it you're busy. But telling me you want to take extra time to make sure everythings in tip top condition and then leaving a flagrant touch up paint smudge on the front driver side fender that I didn't notice right away because of the rain. Had to drive 45 minute round trip to come back and get buffed. Ok fine I'll live with it...
Then I'm backing out that treacherously narrow parking lot into 4 lane traffic, as one of their techs is bringing a big smashed up BMW SUV out of the shop into my path. I gesture him to wait so I can pull out because I finally see my in, and he essentially flips me off, mean mugs me to go screw myself and squeezes by me making me wait for the next in even though I was there before him. Completely rude and ignorant behavior.
If this was Center City I expect that kind of treatment but this is the Main Line and this is supposed to be a higher end body shop.
Work wasn't any better than you'd get at a Maaco, took twice as long, priced through the roof and I get treated like a 2nd class customer on my way out.
Sorry but it's ridiculous. Wouldn't go back.

I’ve used this shop twice and couldn’t be happier with their work and their ability to work directly with the insurance company to get proper funding for repairs.

Quoted $5,700 for partial paint job and grill replacement. Actual cost $6,200. Explanation was extra parts, blah, blah, blah. Thought that was why they were the experts. Estimated delivery December 19th, actual December 28th. For work that isn't covered by insurance, suggest you find a shop that honors their estimates or at least comes close.

Awesome work! My daughter had a minor fender bender on her CX-5 that required replacement of the rear bumper skin and some metalwork on the lift gate amongst other odds and ends. I'm a car guy and very particular (a bit more relaxed with her car, I concede). Upon picking up the vehicle, I wasn't completely sure if the car was hers. They went above and beyond, addressing a few other blemishes with a nice detail inside and out. Jim Hart and the crew delivered and I so thankful. It's nice to have your expectations exceeded, something all too rare these days.Services: Painting

My experience with Classic Coachworks for my vehicle repair was absolutely dreadful. After my 2018 Audi A5 Sportback suffered minor dents due to a sign falling on the hood of the vehicle at a department store, I sought their services. I shared pictures and received a preliminary estimate of approximately $2800, which was consistent with other repair centers. However, my visit to Classic Coachworks to confirm the estimate turned into a nightmare. The manager, Steve, was shockingly inappropriate, condescending, and rude. To make matters worse, he suddenly quoted me an additional $4000 for the job. It's hard not to suspect this was a deliberate tactic to discourage me from choosing their services. When I questioned the price hike, Steve responded with chastisement and suggested I seek help elsewhere. In light of this atrocious encounter, I promptly scheduled the repair with their competitor, who quoted the original $2800 price. My experience there was a complete contrast. The staff was honest, friendly, and treated everyone with respect, regardless of their background.I strongly advise against entrusting your vehicle to Classic Coachworks. Their unprofessional behavior and questionable pricing tactics demonstrate a lack of integrity and respect for customers. Seek a reputable repair center that values customer satisfaction instead.

Unfortunately this is the third time (different occasions) that I had my car into Classic in Wayne and each time the professionalism and care of detail is very impressive. Yes, it may take longer than expected, but it is worth the time when you see the results. Steve Brooks and Co. are a great team. When I picked up the car it had been detailed; what a pleasant surprise as I have a shedding German Shepherd!

Used this shop multiple times. Everytime they make sure the work is done right and they detail your car before giving it back! Top quality every time.

I brought my vehicle here to have work done through another drivers insurance for a no fault accident. I asked Jack about having work done on a scrape on my front bumper that was not related to the accident. I asked him about prices about for a part for the front bumper, and if it was possible for me to bring in the OEM part from the dealership on my own. As soon as I said that, he replied "Do you bring your own cheeseburger to McDonald's?". Instead of calmly answering my questions, he stated yelling at me and was extremely rude and profane. It seems like as soon as you raise any concerns with this shop, they get hostile and start yelling at you. This is absolutely no way to treat customers, no matter the price or the quality of the work. Don't know if I would recommend this shop in the future because god forbid they don't like something you say and they start yelling at you too. UPDATE 6/29: Just received a call saying to pick up my car. The associate on the phone said "We don't do jobs for customers who leave scathing google reviews". This is the most unprofessional, and discriminatory shop I've ever dealt with. DO NOT GO HERE, you will be slave to their questionable business practices and when you begin to ask questions, they verbally harass you and then refuse to work on your car. Instead of listening and caring for their customers, they bully them around and expect a thank you in return. UPDATE #2 6/29: Another bodyshop called Classic to let them know they would be transferring the vehicle tomorrow. The associate on the phone immediately started yelling at the lady from the other bodyshop and told her "I'm gonna leave his car parked in the street with his windows down and the keys in the ignition!". I'm shocked at this point that Classic is frankly still in business and that customers tolerate this kind of treatment from a business owner. Definitely looping in BBB, and also Audi of America to let them know what kind of business they are partnering with.

Top notch service, customer care and quality work! Not only did the outside repair/paint look perfect but the inside of my car was detailed so well that it felt like my 2015 and I is a 2022!! Great customer handling from EVERYONE THERE including Debbie, Steve and Jack! Super easy transaction and they also worked well with enterprise for my rental . I 100% recommend these guys!Services: Body & Trim
