I wish I could give them a zero star rating!!! I walked into the Wayne branch yesterday, Saturday, 5-21-22 to get help as someone has hacked into my bank account and cleaned it out!!! I went up to the teller and she went to the back to get someone to help me. Or so I thought. She came back and told me no one could help me today and I’d have to come back on Monday. I again repeated that someone has cleaned out my checking account and asked her if she was seriously telling me that no one could help me. Her exact words “well I asked the gentleman in the back but he said he’s too busy to help you, he’s in the middle of doing something”. One of the other customers in line was even shocked at this. She said “you mean to tell me that this woman has an emergency here and no one will help her?”. Now my bills are all on autopay and they allowed three payments to go thru AFTER my account was wiped out. But I’m sure that’s because of the astronomical overdraft fees they are not hitting me with. I’ll be moving my accounts from Citizens Bank because of this. They obviously do not care about their customers. And mind you, I have over 6 figures going in and out of that account each year so I’m not someone with an account with little to no money or activity!!! They should be ashamed of themselves!!!!

Absolutely phenomenal service! I came here to set up an account and I could tell right away I was in great hands. The line was short, the place was welcoming, and the staff were great. Derrick helped me out with everything, explained everything I needed to know step-by-step, and was so courteous to me and other clients of his. There was another employee in at the time, as well, who was so kind to everyone that came by. Despite it being a Sunday and a busy work day, everyone was helpful and personable. Come here to get great service in every single aspect.

When I initially opened my account at this branch, the service was professional and very pleasant. Over the past 6-8 months the service has deteriorated. A banker, Christine Black who works in some capacity in this branch, behaves in a racially-charged, derogatory manner. She comes across like she is under the influence of something. She's rude and unprofessional. I've been banking at this bank for over 20 years and expect better. When informed, Senior management did nothing to rectify the problem, as she still works in the branch, so they allow and perpetuate the racist, derogatory behavior to continue and have no regard for the diversity of the community or fair and equitable bank practices. There are so many competing banks that you would think that they would do better. This is unacceptable on any level!

I asked for assistance in processing some paperwork for a transaction for following day. Was told not able to accommodate . I complained that TD bank would do it for me. They insisted I was wrong and they would not put up with my abuse and yelled...yes yelled at me to leave if I didn't like their rules.

They insisted I was wrong and they would not put up with my abuse and one the guys ( not sure if he was a manager ) yelled, yes yelled!! at me to leave if I didn't like their rules.

I have been getting periodic mailings from this bank, addressed to a business I closed *five* years ago. If they don't care to keep their mailing list up-to-date, I dread what they'd do to my account. Not doing business with them.
