The SA that was working here was rude, cold and did not help me at all. She asked me what I was looking for. I told her I was looking for a candle as a last minute gift for. Colleague. She said all the candles they had were in the front and the back. She didn’t ask me if I needed help picking something out or anything about the recipient. It felt like I was being rushed out of the store. Wouldn’t recommend this location based on service and limited selection.

I stopped in quickly to make a few purchases for an upcoming trip of mine. Nicole assisted me with my purchases, and upon her suggestion I picked up the Kiehl’s hydrator set. I am extremely disappointed in creamy eye treatment it appears to have been used. I am not happy at all, and I don’t have time to go back in store and exchange my purchase.
My two-cents….double (even triple check) your items before leaving the store.

Great selection of brands that are hard to find elsewhere. Individualized service allows you to really try out before you buy. Nice samples as well.

Disappointed! I was invited by phone the night before to shop their event complete with a champagne cocktail. My daughter and I made Blue Mercury our Sunday destination looking to purchase Trish Mcevoy face wash , Moroccan oil hair products and lots of fun holiday makeup. When we walked in , no one said " welcome to Blue Mercury, thanks for coming! " they said , Here's a basket you're going to want to spend $250 to get the best deal possible ". Not once but 3 times they wanted to thrust a shopping basket upon us. Sadly we left. No one ever offered us champagne or offered to give us a mini makeup consultation. I am so disappointed in the customer service here. Sadly, I will take my business and precious Sunday time back to the King of Prussia Mall makeup counters.
