The facilities and accommodations are first class and the staff is terrific. From Sharaz and Julie at the front desk to Nicole and Tonia in the offices, the staff members made us always feel welcomed. They did everything possible to make our stay pleasant. When my boy friend requested to switch units, the management team Jasmine and Ashley were proactive and highly supportive. Their responses were incredibly swift, as they always are. Additionally, the maintenance team reacted promptly and resolved the issue quickly.

“The property team is very courteous and responsive. The value for the rental property is fantastic considering surrounding area. This includes being close to SEPTA trolly line, having a washer, dryer and dishwasher in the unit. The owners take care of the lawn including snow shoveling and salting.Recently at the time of writing this, Blink EV charging station went down (no fault of Drexelbrook, Blink issued a technical malfunction on their end going on for more than 48 hours I am unable to charge.) Brittney the Property Manager went above and beyond to help by letting me borrow her plug-in charger and plug into the side of the main building to enough to get to the nearest DC fast charger.The community also has a security car patrolling during night making this neighborhood extra safe. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for your next home, this is a great place to be!”
“I have been looking for an apartment and went to see Willowbrook Apts in West Norriton. The woman I was dealing with, her name is Moe, was the most nicest and accommodating person you ever want to meet. She helped me from beginning to end and nothing was to much. Always had a smile on her face from the time you entered the property until you left. Im not computer savvy, and that was no issue at all. The Property Manager , Toby, was also very nice and accommodating. They make sure your very comfortable. I thank them both for all of your help.”

“I’ve lived at Timberlake Apartments for a few months now, and overall I’m happy with the decision to move here. The office staff is very friendly, and they are personable with many residents.
Timberlake has a big, beautiful property. Many residents complain about the upkeep of the grounds, but many of those complaints could be resolved if more people took pride in the community. There is a lot of trash on the ground because people don’t clean up after themselves. I have seen the maintenance team out there with trash bags picking up what they can, which is a huge help. The trees by the pool and in the courtyard could be trimmed up, and the grass is long most times, but overall the property is well kept.
I have seen a lot of complaints about mice and flies, however the doors are always being left open despite the many emails from the office asking residents to make sure the doors are not being propped open. Again, an issue that could be solved with more resident effort.
It would be helpful to have a trash can in the lobby and a few more dog waste bins. There are a lot of packages being left on the floor of the mailroom and in the lobby instead of making their way into the lockers or package room. The first floor has a strong odor due to the trash room being there, which would be nice to have a better solution for that.
Every issue I’ve needed taken care of has been done so quickly and efficiently. All of the maintenance team is very friendly, and they seem genuinely happy to say hello to me and my dog.
I enjoy living at Timberlake and the community is great. The residents are very friendly and mostly respectful. Management does the best that they can to make this a wonderful place to live.”

“I have lived in valley high apartments the past three years throughout pharmacy school. The team here has always been super helpful and professional with any of my needs as a renter. Moving from Florida I was a little nervous about the snow during the winter but they were always on top of everything here! Snow removal for the cars to go to work and sidewalk/steps to front doors. Leone and Fred were absolutely amazing at fixing any Maintenance issues I may have had. It’s very hard to find a friendly and GREAT maintained crew when renting. I actually loved my apartment layout! Closet space is amazing. They also made the process easy to have an esa dog, which is super relieving. Anthony in the office made everything easy and always was thorough with leasing documents, maintenance requests, explaining the different option for leasing, etc.. I highly recommend this apartment complex! Short drive to Temple university and other university’s, while staying a little further from crammed city living.”

The location is incredibly convenient — everything from grocery stores to the train station is easily accessible. The staff were friendly and responsive, and most of our maintenance requests were handled promptly. We made great memories with our community friends, and my family had lots of fun during our time here. We’re definitely going to miss the community. Prices are about as good as they get here and you feel safe in the area. I looked at numerous other places within 15 miles of here, but none of them compare.
