Extremely friendly and professional! The work was done even quicker than expected, and they were cautious about their time estimates. Plenty of updates to keep track. Just be careful pulling in off the street.

The employees were extremely friendly and made sure I was well taken care of, provided tons of information and reassured me everything would be fixed in no time. I received updates via text every other day and a phone call about half way through the process to ask me if I had questions about anything during the repair. Exceptional service! My vehicle looks just like the day I drove it off the lot from the dealership.

Extremely fast and the customer service was amazing. They repeatedly texted me with status on my repairs and responded to all my questions in a timely manner. They even handled my car rental return. I hardly had to do a thing. My primary contact was Jeff but all the staff were professional and friendly.

This is quite possibly one of the worst auto shops. There is no listening to customers, and the priority is solely on racking up a massive bill. I have never seen such a large bill just to estimate the work required. Even when we tried sharing our experience about how dissatisfied we were, they weren’t hearing anything that was said and they focused solely on defending themselves. I’m going to have to have a mechanic go behind all their work since they returned the car to me in literal pieces that didn’t even fit on one tow truck despite repeated assurances from 3D Collision. There is no description of the work that was done so its anyone’s guess what we’re dealing with under the hood. The employee we worked with was incredibly dodgy and evasive when we asked about his work, talking around the problem until we just gave up. I’ll be lucky if all the pieces are still there. Do not come here.

Service was the absolute best. Drop off and pick up staff were open, honest and friendly. Regular updates from repair crew kept me informed to the progress of the repair. The finished work was impeccable. I would never hesitate to have 3D take care of my car repair again. The experience was impressive.
