Was not happy that you didn't post anything on the site about the gun not being on the site. You had plenty of time. Any one that was traveling would of like the heads up. Not when you got there. Then you had to go 20 more minutes away.

Carson and his team assisted with both the auction of my parent’s belongings and the sale of their home after both of my parents passed away this spring. The auction was a big success and took a lot of the burden of dealing with the sale of my parent’s items off my family’s shoulders. I really appreciated items were sold not just in person but also online. The sale of the house was also a very smooth transaction. If you are looking for auction services I highly recommend this company.

I was a first time online auction buyer. I found that the item purchased was well represented. The photos posted were detailed and clear enough so I could feel confident in my bidding. I was unable to make the pickup deadline and was looking into shipping. C and C was very accommodating and I will recommend them in the future for sure!

Thank you Carson and team for helping us share our parents treasures with others in the community. Because of the online option, the items reached long distance people as well. You made this difficult process as easy as possible. It was amazing how simple & organized pick-up day was – it went perfect! Great auctioneer and employees. Like the ability to bid online if you cannot make the live auctions. He uses a biding platform called HiBid. Works well.

Please make sure all of your questions are answered before you pay! Make sure they are very clear and communicate with them in writing via e-mail.After an auction ending on 28 Jan 2022, I was called less than 24 hours after the auction ended and 3 e-mails sent to pay my invoice. That's *four* communications sent in 24 hours which amounts to harassment. (You don't call someone that much, even if they owe you money.)After I paid my invoice, my initial e-mail regarding shipping charges was not returned until I had to reach out a second time. I had informed via e-mail that my billing address was different from my shipping address PRIOR to paying for shipping. C&C sent the package to the wrong address, so now, I have to wait for the package to arrive 45 minutes away from where I actually live. During Monday's call, the owner stated that my package would be shipped later that day or Tuesday morning; however, I had to write an additional email because the tracking number had not been accepted -- meaning, the auctioneer did not release the package to USPS until another 36-48 hours had passed. (If they had not shipped until Friday because they said they ship on Friday's only, that also would have been fine.)They get two stars because using Hibid soft closing is a very efficient way to use auction services. C&C also has a very low bidders premium comparatively.

5 Stars are simply not enough. After another Auction place left me high and dry C and C came in last minute and saved me. I cannot thank Carsen and his team enough for their professionalism, fast service and great communication! I HIGHLY recommend them!!!!!!!! I live out of state and having to trust someone else with the responsibility of an estate is awful but when you have someone like C & C they take the worry and stress out of the job. Thank you for everything!!!!!
