The Watsontown post office tried to say that it was illegal to takes photos/videos inside of the post office since its a federal building, this goes against are first amendment rights for freedom of press and we are allowed to record anything that is open to the public and in plain view, they even called the police and in the end found out that it was legal to do so

This is the third time they've put a package that I've been waiting for in the wrong mail box! Expensive Christmas gift given to another person in the mobile home park. I'll be making sure from now on to specify FedEx from now on.

My family of 5 scheduled an appointment to get Passports completed. We had reviewed the online instructions prior and had all of the required documents, so processing was a breeze when we arrived. The PO staff were very knowledgeable and ensured everything was in order before sending out for processing. We received our final Passports about 35 days later without any issues!

Incredibly RUDE staff. I had made an appointment IN PERSON to get my first passport. The lady who set up the appointment didn't tell me to do or bring anything at all. To be safe, I brought all the identification proof I had, figuring they must have the application there and take the picture on the spot. When I went in, I dealt with a different woman who was so mean. She raised her voice to me multiple times and gave me an unbelievable amount of attitude. I've worked in customer service, and I was appalled she acted in such a way. I explained to her that when setting the appointment, I had not been given any information. She told me it was all online and acted like I was stupid for not knowing that. How about telling your customers what YOU need to do YOUR job in the first place? I understand she isn't responsible for the woman who gave me zero info knowing I'd never gotten a passport before, and I don't fault her for that part. While that is unacceptable as well, what truly upset me was how disgustingly rude she was! She made me feel like I was garbage for not knowing something and acted like I was wasting her time. It only takes one person to ruin your day, and she did it. Thank God there is a post office in every town because I will not be returning to this one.

The people running this post office are the worst. Zero people skills. Unhappy and intent on making sure you are too!

Some of the people who work here seem to hate their lives and want everyone to know it. Rude human beings.

Decent inside, not a fan of the new mail carriers. They are lazy, and won't get out of thier car to put our package on the back porch where, FedEx, and UPS are nice enough to do for us. Instead they decide to ”forget” our flagged box, its been damaged by them before. And they downright can't read a frickin address label to save thier lives! We get mail from miles up the road!

I got a message that my package was out for delivery, it was right on track to be delivered on the day sceduled that I would be home. I spent the day on my porch waiting. I watched the mail man drive by! Then got a message that they attempted to deliver my package but it was not delivered because there was no secure location to deliver the package! I was standing on my porch! How much more of a secure delivery location can you get??

I love our hometown Post Office and all its People. Everyone is kind, helpful and personable. I'm always greeted with a smile when I go in. I know people will think I'm crazy but when the postage Finally went Up, I was thrilled and I send out a ton of packages. I just know I can not drive my items to all these places for the amount I pay in shipping. As far as sending a letter, good heavens no one should ever gripe at spending 55 cents for it to go anyplace !! Thank you to all the men & women who work throughout the postal system, I for one Greatly Appriciate all you do.
