“I wish I could give this shop and Sawyer more stars than 5. My family was stranded four hours from home with an alternator issue.. Sawyer answered in a Sunday and came in during time off to look at the vehicle. He traveled a total of 8 hours over two days to pick up the alternator that worked for our car. He offloaded other work to other mechanics to make sure we could have our car timely because we were stranded. He was reasonably priced and truly saved us in a time of need. He worked so hard as if this was his own family in this situation. Please consider this shop for your needs!”
“I don't do reviews but I have to share my deepest gratitude for the whole crew here. On Friday, memorial day weekend, my car had issues and I called the garage and left a message on the machine. I received a call shortly after and they fit me in so they can take a look at my car. When I get there, it turns out my strut broke and I was lucky to get there without getting into an accident and I had 2 daughters with me. The wonderful woman (I am so sorry I forgot ur name but I'll call you Angel) called EVERYWHERE trying to find the part and ( I am so bad with names) Nate was willing to do the job that day if they could get the part. The effort they put in trying to get me back on the road that day really warmed my heart. They really made me feel important. Thank you all for being an awesome team and although I am having trouble remembering your names, I will definitely be back and will know all of you by name and favorite meal from taco bell lol. “I'm very pleased with the service I received at Bucks. I knew they were there for many years and decided to give them a try when both my car and my wife's car came up for inspection. We had braced ourselves, half expecting a hefty bill, but were pleasantly surprised when the final charge was little more than the stickers themselves. On my car the wipers were worn out, but my wife's car required nothing. They recommended rear sway bars and rotors in the near future and that's it. This is a sharp contrast to the other shops that see yearly inspections as a way to cash in. Needless to say, we will be going back for those maintenance items, it is clear they're not trying to squeeze every dime out of their customers.”

We weren't to our destination and this little town of Milton had a NAPA & the wonderful employee there recommend this garage for quick service. They had us back on the road within two hours with a new alternator and jump! We couldn't be more pleases - thank you!”

“This was my first time visiting this shop and my car desperately was in need of an oil change in order for me to make it (quite a distance) home. The ladies at the desk and mechanic were so hospitable and kindly squeezed me in. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and upfront with information too. If I lived locally this would be my go to auto shop. Highly recommend!”
“I left a 5 star review and was very pleased with this business yesterday. This morning I was in an accident and that car is done. I had a 2003 acura that hasn't been ran in about a yr as my only option for a vehicle. They were able to get 2 parts from somewhere else to be able to get everything done. They close at 6 and it's currently 6:20 and there still working on tbe back of saying they would be able to get my acura done today. Highly recommend and am thankful for this establishment.”

“My sister and I were stranded—2 girls alone on their first road trip with the brakes having failed in the middle of rural pennsylvania freaked out of their minds.These amazing professionals took care of us, kept us calm while explaining every issue wrong with our car and how to ensure we finished the last 3hr leg of our voyage. They were so sweet and generous to us and they are the reason we got home safely with minimal breakdowns (both car and mental)!! “Very nice guys. Reasonably priced. Won't beat around the bush and will actually take good care of your vehicles. My only complaint is the entrance to the alleyway, you have to take it really wide which can be annoying if there's oncoming traffic. But over great work!”

“For an quick service they were great however I suggest you insist on an appointment. I recently needed tire rotation and oil change and was told I didn't need an appointment if I was going to wait. However after waiting over an hour and a half my vehicle still sat in the lot. It was quite obvious by this experience that an appointment time is more convenient. After reminding them of my vehicle the manager took charge and i was on my way within 45 minutes. Maybe Steve Shannon Tire and auto centers should contract with Carvana.com to improve the customer service.”

“My car broke down in the middle of the road and as an emergency was able to make it to kings garage, I was lucky because the owner and employees were very helpful and friendly, helping me out to figure out the problem with my Chevy Suburban. They stay extra time after closing time to help me out very patiently and professionally. They also provide towing to a closer dealership since my car is brand new and under warranty. They even gave me a ride to my hotel, since I was in the area just for a business trip. Highly recommended this shop!
