I will never go back in this store the employees are rude, I asked for a item and they told me they don’t make or carry it I went to another Napa in the next town and the girl found it right away and had it the next day for me. I won’t go back in that store again and I use to shop in this store all the time.

Prices are more in store then they are listed online. Rude employees. Went in today to get touch up paint and was told they cant make it today because there is only one person working. No one else was in the store!This is the 3rd and final time I have left this store with nothing. First 2 were due to the prices being higher then online stated, this time for the rude lazy employee. I will not be back! Off to Erie I go.

What a great store! This was my first visit. My windshield wiper came off and I needed somewhere close to get one. Scott not only got the wipers (I got two because, why not?) But also put them on for me. Outstanding service! I'll be back.
