I travelled down from Buffalo, NY to purchase a used Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from Auto Express and I worked directly with Justin Sutton. Justin is personable and a true professional. The dealership itself was clean, modern, and appealing. Great experience overall and I would not hesitate to buy from them again in the future.

I had the pleasure of working with Justin for my latest car buying experience. He made everything super easy. Even though I wasn't purchasing a super fancy or expensive vehicle,he still went the extra step to ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted in a vehicle and more. Justin and Mindy had all the paperwork ready so all I had to do was come in to sign. I could tell immediately that Justin was the right salesman for my current and future car buying needs.

Jake did a great job and was very cooperative with everything i asked. Even put the car up on the rack to examine the undercarriage of the Toyota rav4 i purchased. Had great experiences working with Jake K at Auto Express. I purchased my 124 spider from Jake almost 3 years ago. The entire transaction was handled remotely (during the Covid pandemic). Jake even delivered the car to my home over 100 miles away. Recently, circumstances required that I sell my spider. I contacted Jake and Auto Express was able to accommodate me, by buying the spider back! The whole transaction went smoothly, and I was able to get what I needed from the vehicle. I recommend working with Jake K. at Auto Express - upfront, professional and respectful during all of my contact with him.

I recently bought a Ford Escape from Jake @ Auto Express. After looking at a few different vehicles I zoomed in on this as it fit all my needs including my budget. The Staff from sale to finance was super helpful in putting my deam in my driveway! Jake, Lou, Mindy are the best in town to work with! I highly suggest you take the trip and check out the selection. Justin was very professional and understanding when it came to helping us purchase a vehicle. He also sacrificed his personal time to make sure we could leave the dealership that day with the keys despite it being 3 hours after closing time. Cars great no complaints.I worked with Jake and bought a 2018 Honda accord sport. There was a couple problems with it and he said that I could bring it in to get those things fixed after I bought it, and they followed through on that. I’ve had it for almost 4 months now. Overall had a great experience, thxs!

My first big boy purchase… buying a car was something I obviously looked forward to.. slick looking, nice wheels, great mileage, suv, everything I was looking for happened.I walked into the dealership and Justin immediately was ready to get something done. Not in a way where I felt overwhelmed like you’ll have at some places. He obviously wanted to get the sale it’s it’s job but he made me feel a lot calmer about the situation then I was. He’s been in the business for years, and as a young man seeing him still psyched to connect with people and help them find the car they want was really cool to me. Justin is a real good dude and a damn good salesman! And I will be referring people I head need a car to him,Thankyou!

Justin Sutton was very professional, upfront and knowledgeable. I have bought many vehicles throughout the years but this was by far the smoothest and best experience by far. I can see why Justin has so many plaques on his wall of salesman of the month. He is outstanding. I appreciated the no bs attitude too. He’s honest and forthright which is rare in salesman. The vehicle I bought, I am extremely happy with and he was able to give me the deal that I had been looking for. I can’t say enough good about Justin and the buying process. I cannot express how pleased I was with my experience with Justin and his staff. They are kind, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They make buying a car a wonderful experience and make sure you are happy and comfortable with your purchase. Mindy was also wonderful and did all she could to help us with financing!
