After spending many thousands of dollars on an engagement ring and having it sent off to be resized, I had made the request to have it sent to be appraised. Nearly two week after that request was made the ring is still sitting at the store. Kristen(sp?) the manager was rude and confrontational on the phone and instead of asking to call back when she was done helping a customer she yelled how busy she was and she couldn’t help us and proceeded to basically hang up. Up until this point I actually had a great relationship with Zales and had mentioned to others that I would recommend using them to purchase jewelry, I will be withdrawing that recommendation quickly and be looking elsewhere to take my business. The only bright spot in this is Lexi whom I called back to get the district manager’s contact information and she was very apologetic and very helpful. I will be recommending that this district manger rethink the personal she puts in a position of leadership. Neither here nor there, until they make some drastic changes I would steer clear.

Vivian and Krista were so helpful. I brought in three pieces that were my own pieces to be fixed and resized and a bracelet I bought at Zales. They help me with my jewelry questions and repairs! Excellent service!

I would like to commend and extend a big Thank You to Kalynn who works at this location. We have been in quite a few times lately for a bracelet repair and Kalynn has always gone above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. She is very professional, helpful, and polite. Anytime you have any jewelry needs I highly recommend this Zales location. Thank you Kalynn!!!

The agent I called from home told me they were able to locate my warranty on an engagement ring my father who is deceased had originally purchased for his marriage to my mother. Now that I own the ring and am engaged I asked to have the information released to me. Because I am not the purchaser of the ring they could not release the information over the phone and told me that I could have the information released if I went into a store. I did so and the staff connected with customer care via chat as they are not allowed to call customer care apparently. After waiting in store for over an hour the customer care agent said they could not locate the warranty and suggested I provide additional information and ended the conversation without specifying what was needed. The staff in store then proceeded to try to sell me a new warranty… why would I buy this again when you can’t find or honor the lifetime warranty my family already purchased? BIG waste of my time and dishonest scam. Being newly engaged this ruined my excitement and was extremely disrespectful given my dad’s passing. Won’t be coming back.
