This place can NEVER get anything right or even attempt to try. Everything you ask them, they will refer you to call Xfinity. Even when Xfinity sends you there. They will ask for your number and never “call you tomorrow” with answers like they promised they would. I’ve been here on numerous occasions and had to deal with these people. Stay away from John, it’s always a nightmare…

I would them 0 start. When I came into the store and want to change my wifi plan, the agent was not talked in a respectful way and showed me his attitude.

Service is in and out with this company and when you report an outage you will receive terrible customer service. I had to go to my neighbors house who has t mobile service just to write this review. If you live in Washington pa just throw your router out the window and go get a different service provider

To drop off a cable box you have to wait 30 minutes before someone will even talk to you. This place is a joke.

I have internet only through xfinity. Very impressed by the service. I had a complicated situation which I visited the store twice and they were very friendly and prompt. Out in minutes. Knowledgeable to immediately address my issue. While the broader xfinity company support is frustrating, this individual store was outstanding.

I despise, xfinity, trying to call is a farce, price gone up $30. In a year, and doesn't work properly. Will cancel when this ridiculous 2 year contract with a senior citizen is over. Would not recommend to a dog.

Wish I could select NO STARS.Total liars, added what was supposed to be free phone and line, 7 phone calls later and they still are charging me $25 a month more....STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Came in to drop off equipment. We were told 20min wait. It’s been an hour and we are still waiting. The workers have no urgency what so ever! Chatting about personal things and food with guests while the store is full of people needing to be waited on. This store is awful!

This place is a joke. They're a phone store and yet they can't answer their own phone! God forbid you go in there without the "head of the account." If you have an Iphone and bring it here, they will likely just send you to the apple store. Not very good account mgmt either- there have been three separate instances where I've had a problem with someone who wasn't supposed to having access to my account which they accessed through the store.
