Today I visited this body shop with a car that I was test driving in the area. I met with the owner for a informal estimate and his honest opinion, he gave me just that and he was very professional and kind while giving me his very honest opinion he also went the extra mile to point out various things that only he would know from his years of experience and expertise. He also refused to accept the money I offered for his help,a true gentleman.

This is my father's auto body shop, it is family owned and he always gets work done early, even with him and one other employee. As regards to the negative reviews they are inaccurate. My father doesn't do standard price "touch ups," so one for $100 is an inaccurate statement. Also he doesn't not have an cashier or a cash register let alone any coupon systems because he doesn't even have his own website. He has only offered ONE coupon before that was featured on his business cards so I have no idea where an advertised coupon would be found. My brother sometimes stays up at the front, but he would never be rude to a customer, he has special needs and my dad has him working with him to teach him life skills. If you as a customer have a question, ask to speak to Tim directly so you don't talk to an assistant who may be filling in when he needs additional help. He's 60 years old and has been in the business since 20, he knows what he's doing. If you check Gary's reviews he gave every business that he ever attended 1 star and my dad doesn't even have files for working with either of the negative reviews that we can find, but it's hard to tell whenever they won't leave their last name. My dad would know he has every document from when he first opened in 1985.

Touched up my Car and I paid $100.00 cash. A short time later, the paint flaked off. I called and he had an attitude problem and refused to stand by his word to come back if any problem occured. Never go there again! Lousy work!!! Threw away a hundred bucks.

Tim is very courteous efficient quick and really does good work. I would recommend this too anybody that needs their car repaired inspected or I would say just about anything. Highly recommended
