Had my car for a week and didn't get the work done. I was told it would only be a couple days. They take the work and then tell you they are very backed up. Understandable, but don't take the work and say it will be done quickly. People need their vehicles. Also had to call 3 times to check on progress, as they never called me. They are very rude on the phone. Guy kept raising his voice to me and being very short. Ended up picking it up and taking it somewhere else and it only took an hour for the repair. Terrible customer service.
