I didn't want to give them the one star, but had to , to write the review. We had a dead battery, they said we'll be there within the hour. They never came so I called again, said they'd be there in 26 minutes! They were legit 10 minutes from me. Then get a call that they should arrive by midnight! I placed my first call at 10pm. Highly NOT recommended!

Long story short... we blew a transmission line on I-70 east, and our insurance dispatched Whitey's Towing to take us to a nearby Ford dealership. Our tow truck driver, "Joe with the duck tattoo" was friendly, professional, and funny. He really was able to make us laugh despite the stressful situation being so far from home. He got us where we needed to go, and was on his way! Thanks Joe and Whitey's Towing!

Having to get towed is never fun but these guys were the nicest to deal with. My aaa covered the tow but James the driver was so nice and helpful and they were so accommodating helping me out with some weird logistical stuff that needed done. Highly recommend

After going to 5 other tire places, today when my friend popped a tire these guys really came thru when no one else would help us in this cold, and on New year's day! Please stay Awesome!
