I took my Tucson in for repair of the windshield fluid tank was leaking. They found the problem & it wasn’t their fault. Fantastic experience. Everyone was polite & very helpful especially Paula. She is so knowledgeable & just very sweet. My experience was a joyful one thanks to Paula who is very dedicated. Warms your heart to see such a good employee. Thank you everyone there.

Staff was very nice and professional. They are modeling so you have to drop off your vehicle under a tent; but all was well. My car was fixed in a good timely manner and runs and looks great. Thanks

Hyundai is wonderful!!! Treated me very good and took great care of my car! I wish I would’ve used them to purchase my vehicle instead of bud bare. They could take some lessons on how to treat customers from Hyundai.

I’ve been leasing with Washington Hyundai for four years. The service department is understaffed and there is no point to making an appointment as they won’t take your car back at that time regardless. I was told I could only take my car to this specific location to have my inspection paid for. For three years they didn’t charge me a dime and all of a sudden (after waiting 4 hours) they stated “they’ve never heard of that before”. The sales team has been great the entirety of my lease time. I would never take my care to their service team again.

Horrible place for service!! If I could leave negative stars, I would. I believe it was their fault my daughters engine blew. She had it in for recalls. I think they assumed it was in for an oil change and pulled the drain plug but realizing it was there for just recalls. Well her motor blew exactly 2 weeks later. Had it towed there and the extra warranty covered the motor, not the Hyundai warranty because they said it was neglect. She only had the vehicle for 32 days total, just bought it from drive time. They had the car for 2 months while my daughter was a single mother stuck at home with no vehicle to get to work, so she lost her job, almost lost her spot at daycare, close to getting eviction and utilities getting shut off. They would not give a loaner car. They knew the situation and still took 2 months to replace the motor in which my own mechanic can do in about 8 hrs. I will never again go there for service!!! Beware. I reached out to the lady handing the service, the service manager, the general manager and the attorney General with absolutely no help.

Very professional and efficient staff.Attention to detail and customer satisfaction are at the top of their list.My car always feels brand new - - real smooth - - after a service. ?I don’t recall ever having to wait beyond the estimated timeframe. But in the event it happens, waiting doesn’t feel tedious - there are snacks, water and coffee available on the house. You can even snooze if you want to — seats are super comfortable. ?And if you don’t want to wait, there’s free shuttle service to drop off and pick up. Sweet!!

We were pleasantly surprised at our service appointment. Our last appointment left us wondering if we should continue coming to the dealership. However, even though there was a lot of construction there were also a lot of workers and it was a lot more organized. Paula is doing a good job.

Service was fine. Never a problem.I live at least 45 minutes from the dealership and was told when I made the appointment that the wait was one hour.Told the same by the check in person.Then told by service person at least 1 1/2 hours. Took one hour 45 minutes.There is a dealership within 3 blocks from my house. I prefer to work with the dealership I got the car from but can’t waste the time needed to drive there, then added time to the quote and drive home.May need to have oil changes and basic maintenance done there

New 2022 SonataOil changed June 8, 2022193 mile after oil change my check engine light came on and was stuck on side of road for a few hours waiting on tow truck. Car was taken back to dealer I was told it was fine.Drove it after total lack in acceleration, engine is not fine.I knew it was not going to be ok and was going to trade it in on a different hyundai. In the process the manager asked the service manager if the car was "ok to take as a trade, or was it going to need to go to auction "This just confirmed that they new there was engine issue

Had a great experience purchasing our 2023 Hyundai Palisade with Joe, who helped us get most of what we needed done online so that our 3 year old son wouldn't go crazy waiting in the dealership all day. Whole process when we visited the clinic only took about an hour. Excellent experience, we will be going to Washington Hyundai for our future car needs.

I had been to this dealership multiple times over the course of the past few years looking at different vehicles but never buying one......until TODAY. Yvonne was an amazing sales person. She is very knowledgeable and very personable and relatable. You can "click" with her almost immediately. It felt like I was with a friend that I had known for years. I had interactions with not only Yvonne, but Brian the General Manager, Shane the F&I Manager and there was another gentleman that I met, but I cant remember his name, (I am sorry). ALL OF THEM were so nice and not pushy at all. Truly this was a great car buying experience. It will be a while until I need another one, but I will be back if things change. Thank you so much Yvonne and everyone at the dealership! Please go see Yvonne and she will take care of your car needs. New or Used.
