A great experience with sales agent Ken Kost. His patience, poise, and professionalism made our purchasing experience way above average. This is now the second vehicle we've bought from him, and while I'm sure everybody else on staff is very good, too .. ask for Ken if you go.

They are always efficient and offer explanations about what’s occurring with the car. I’ve dealt with this Honda service department since 2018 and have been pleased.

I absolutely terrible customer service. Avoid this place like the plague. They spray-painted the bumper of my car and cleaned. It was Honda certified. I found out after the fact that was a lie. God forbid you need service and you have questions you can’t talk to anyone. They aren’t real mechanics. They only know what they trained on. They don’t actually know cars.

Washington Honda was extremely easy to work with via text messaging to set up my appointment, receive reminders about maintenance and overall, my most recent experience getting a maintenance need taken care of was wonderful!

A wonderful experience at Washington Honda. My car started making a terrible sound as I was driving near Honda with my children, so I stopped in for help. I had no appointment and they were very busy. Melissa was a huge help and wanted to make sure I left there safely. They fit me in and also did service on my car. They were such a great help in a time of need. I wasn’t there long and I left safely with my children. Thanks to Melissa and the mechanic! 12/10, great experience!!

Went to this dealership to look for a Civic Sport for my daughter. Just wanted a honest price on the vehicle. Wally, the sale person, became hostile and weirdly offended by my request. Then he went on strange rant of the superiority of a Honda versus other cars. Honestly, it was one of worst sales experience in my life. It took everything for me to take the high road and say “thank you” and walk away. My accompanying teenage daughter also agreed. She was even more offended than me. Washington Honda: you have to be better than this. My family have been driving Hondas/ Acuras for almost 30 years. So you just lost 3 generations of potential buyers because of this experiences.
