Walked in hoping to pay off my current tablet and get a Galaxy tab S9+ and I walked around and looked at the tablets for about 10 minutes and not a word was said to me the entire time. You can see they have nothing recently but 1 star reviews and I just assumed people were being cry babies but no, those 1 star reviews are accurate, them people in there do not care ? the store is straight . 10/10 will never come back again ??

I no longer trust them, they are only worried about upsell and not helping anyone if it doesn’t somehow benefit them financially

Worst experience ever! The associate (chelsea) added a new line to my account without telling me! So when I went onto my Verizon app a few days later and saw this mysterious line that was being charged $62 a month I was furious. I called Verizon customer service and was told that the lady in the store did a number on my account! Apparently customer service found that the store associate misapplied payments for 3 other lines on my account and added a new line without needing to and not telling me! I spent 3 hours on the phone getting my account fixed. I still have to wait for a call back from customer service once the wrongly added line drops off my account. It was a total mess and I will never go back to chelsea at the store. I don’t know if she needs more training, was in a rush, or did it for commission but what’ve the reason it was unacceptable.

Worst experience I've ever had a Verizon. I came in to talk about deals as a follow up from a couple weeks in the same location. Found out I got lied to because one of the associates didn't take the time to check specifics on our account. I got told absolutely you can trade these phones that you want to. The "specialist" I talked to today said if I didn't take the couple extra minutes to check this I would have told you the same thing. Then why is it that other associate didn't do the same when I spoke to him last time? That's part of his job to check those specifis for the account!! It's part of his training and if not something other team members and managers should discuss and help him with. I could also barely talk and get my point across because the "specialist" kept interrupting me so I couldn't speak my point and get it across. Then she says to me I understand you're frustrated. Yes I am because I was lied to and today and can't even speak without being interrupted while you say the same thing over and over again. Manager was walking back and forth not even attempting to find out situation and rectify anything. Biggest part as customer service is to help the customers paying for your service. I feel that the associate I talked to 2 weeks ago, the "specialist", and the manager I talked to failed in that aspect. This makes me and my family question if we want to stay with a provider who have employees that are disrespectful and lie to customers. We've been loyal customers since 2013 and this day makes us question everything.

Their check in system is nonexistant. There is no way to verify your place in line. Associates ignore you upon entering and it happened to everyone who walked into the store in the 1.5 hours I had to wait and then go about the sale. Once you do get assisted things go decently. However, the sheer disrespect of the line cutting in queue; and disrespect in no customer greeting shock me every time.

This store literally has the worst customer service. I stood there for 20 minutes to pick up an order I placed online while all the employees hid in the back. I'm just canceling the order.

Why is this store open if employees don't want to even attempt to help someone? Called customer service and customer service said this stores actions aren't what they're supposed to be doing and treating customers poorly. 3 times my sister was turned away just to pick up a phone, that's all. Told her my dad had to physically be there. They don't do over the phone because she could be lying. Everything was all set up and paid for. All she needed to do was show ID and go home. But even that small amount of work is TOO MUCH for these lazy people. I would assume it was because they weren't going to make any commission off of her that day or the next since everything was taken care of at another store and all she had to do was pick up her free phone.

What is the purpose of this store? Everytime I go here, they tell me they can't help me and they send me to store over by walmart. Save your time and just go to the store by Walmart.

Verizon corp told us on the phone to come to this store to pick up a new box for home service. Got here and nobody knows anything about it!!!!

These ppl are incompetent. Bought a phone online they shipped it to the store paid extra to have next day delivery. They gave my phone to ups with no destination so nobody knows where it went. And customer service is a real joke anymore.

Literally the worst experience with customer service I've ever experienced. I'd advise going to ANY other stores unless you want to waste hours trying to get corporate and the store themselves to communicate.
