They were very fast and friendly and went above and beyond what was expected. After my air hose had been knocked loose by a recent trip to the shop, they noticed the issue and reattached it when they did their customary checks.

Worst oil change place ever. Sat there for an hour with 3 cars ahead of me and only moved up once before I left. Took them over 40 minutes per vehicle. What happened to a 10 minute oil change? Ridiculous. Will NEVER be going back. I could’ve done it faster in my driveway with primitive tools.

I needed a oil change asap, & this was my first time at Valvoline on Jefferson Ave in Washington, Pa. The service team was very professional, they answered every question I had about other services they offered. The service team didn't try to force any services on me like their competition would do & I appreciate that from this crew. CSR: Scott,Topside: Nicholas, Bottom: Patrick. Like I said this was my first time, & won't be the last time & I recommend this Valvoline location to any & everyone.

I went in today and asked for them to check my oil and Dayton was so helpful and checked my oil which was full but said if I’d like they could check my other fluids which they did and topped everything off and check my tire pressure. Jake was the gentleman who actually did the service for my car and I can’t say enough how professional and courteous they both were. If you need you oil changed I highly recommend this station on Jefferson.

They did not put the plug back in. And all the oil leaked out. Then when I called to get the guarantee that they promised they did redo the oil change but on the paperwork they put customer dis satisfied. But not the real reason!!!!

Reply: a claim was made in March. It has been getting "worked on" since then. Maybe you didn't see it because they misspelled my last name? Call Scott the local manager there's no way at this point he doesn't know who I am. I will be calling again tomorrow since the local area manager didn't call me.Original post:As long as all you have is an oil plug and filter you are good. I got my oil changed in March. 5 hours after my skid plate fell off that covers my oil plug. They have still yet to replace it. They swear it us due to shipping issues but I called Honda directly and they told me they could get my skid plate by the end of the week. They never call with updates. Half the time I had to drive to valvoline because the number on their account goes to a call center and they couldn't even get ahold of my local valvoline to answer. When I asked them what was next they said I need to call back later. I asked for a manager to call me last week because I want to go to honda to get it installed because I'm done playing valvolines games. They told me they should get back to me in 2 to 3 days. Shocker I haven't heard from them either. I guess I will call again in a few days.
