“This family run business has been more than helpful towards my husband and I throughout our truck buying experience. Not only did they give us an amazing deal on the truck to begin with, they also gave us a generous trade in value on our old vehicle. It was hard to pick from their great selection, but we ended up buying a 2009 Chevy Silverado 1500 with low mileage! I was extremely pleased with our purchase and did not feel pressured in any way by the salesperson. The truck was spotless and even had a rhino lined bed with a tonneau cover! The process of buying the vehicle was quick and easy with their experience and knowledge. Since this was my first time buying a vehicle on my own, and the fact that it was for my husband, made me a bit nervous. It was a relief to work with such great people! After having it for a month past the warranty they offered, we ran into an issue with the truck (which was completely out of their control and not by any means their fault) from normal wear and tear. Not only did they send the truck to one of their mechanics, they also honored our warranty even though we were slightly past it. I have never had better customer service from another company, and they truly care about their customers. I would HIGHLY recommend Rt 18 Homes to anybody in need of a vehicle, or any other services they offer.”

“This 5 Star review goes to the Service Dept. and the Service mgr. Scott. I normally take care of the maintenance on my grandmother's car after a Chevy dealership ripped her off for $922.00 6 months ago. Unfortunately I'm out of town on job training and she insisted on getting her oil changed at a Cochran Used Car lot near her home. I begged her to wait until I got home so she wouldn't get ripped off again, but she went anyways. When she got back from her oil change she called me and when I saw her number come up I cringed and thought, here we go again. I answered and said, "OK nonna, how much did they rip you off for?" She said my oil change was FREE! - I thought, OK what's the catch! She said that the guy who inspected her car earlier in the week told her to come back on Friday and he would change her oil for FREE because she was a loyal Cochran customer. Again I thought what's the catch, so I called the service dept and spoke with Scott. This guy was a true professional. He said my grandmother told him about her experience at that Chevy dealership and how they ripped her off and he told her that will never happen to her again as long as you visit a Cochran establishment. He took the time to answer all of my questions and said he enjoyed the conversation and time he spent with my grandmother. He said, often times elderly people are taken advantage of when it comes to car repairs, but when you come to a well established dealership like Cochran you should always expect honesty, integrity and excellent service and that's exactly what she got.
