This is a great sams but don't need to return anything. They only have 1 person at members service and I've never had a time I didn't wait 30 minutes to do a return.

Called today to see if they install batteries and was told yes. Took tools just in case because you can’t believe anybody anymore. I arrive and was told it would be 2 hours before they could get to it. Pulled both batteries myself and took them in to find nobody at the automotive counter. Found my own batteries and still nobody. Went to service desk and lady had to call a manager because she didn’t know how to do a core credit. Manager comes, has me scan batteries, then tells me where to take the old ones and place them on the counter because they don’t want to get dirty! Customer service at its best.

I wouldn't recommend anyone shop here. I worked here. The staff is abused for the sake of getting product out with minimal staff. Flies definitely get on the food because of minimal pest control. The manager of the store is more concerned with showing off or bragging about his position than dealing with real problems. And management is restricted from being "hands on" even when the staff is ridiculously short on staff. Apparently the store leader thinks management is too good to get their hands dirty. If you shop here, you're supporting blood money. This is a business that runs of blood.

Yesterday I went to Sam's for Cat food and Vitamin water. Unbeknownst to me, my card had expired. I was going to renew it on Friday. I went to the Service desk and explained what I said. The woman gets on a radio and asks some man and he said that if I knew someone with a current membership, I could use theirs and Not to use her membership card.
I've been a member for 4 or 5 years, there Certainly isn't any loyalty at Sam's Club . I don't think I'm going to renew my membership there any longer.
You pay to shop there and then get tret like a theif leaving, they scan your receipt and then your purchases . It's uncomfortable especially bc I used Scan and go.
Enough is Enough.

Use to have the excess boxes up front. No longer there. They say to pick the excess as you shop. What that will lead to is product being emptied out to get a box and left all over.
