The staff was courteous. The foot measuring thing was very cool. They still had to order my boots in, but only because they were o ly available online. The fact that the boots were online-only is my only complaint. Steve was great to deal with. Great experience.

I wish to update my review regarding the irish setter boots i purchased at the washington pa. location a few months ago. The owner contacted me and opened a case file with redwing shoe co. and the company sent me a brand new pair of redwing trailblazer boots at no cost to me. $220 value and free shipping. I cant thank the owner enough. He really went out of his way to satisfy me. He really cares about his customers satisfaction. Also Tim at the redwing return division helped to make everything right. Thanks guys. The Redwing store should definitely be your go to store for quality shoes and boots.

Steven was very knowledgeable over the phone and un the store he fitted me with a pair of boots and proper footwear and inserts that feel amazing on my feet and explained to me that I have a 30day trial period on my boots and inserts so don't think you have to except if the boots don't work out will be going there for all boot n footwear needs

I was impressed by the appearance of the store first. My questions were answered in great detail. Steve was very patient, and put up with all my drivel. In the end, I found the best-fitting pair of safety-toe boots ever. Period. I recommended the store to a few of my coworkers.

The man that helped me pick out my boots was very knowledgeable, and was able to tell me that I was wearing the wrong size for my feet and find a pair that fit me perfect. He also knew all of my company requirements already so I knew I was getting a pair that was right for me

Great customer experience! Both sales reps were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were more interested in getting the right boot and making sure it was comfortable rather then just making a sale. The technology they use to scan your feet was really cool (and free). I'm really glad I came here instead of one of the secondary authorized dealers that you see other places.

After trying another shoe store unsuccessfully, I decided to try this Redwing location (pleasant hills location is now closed). I found work boots at a good price. The employee was helpful and informative and made the trip well worth the time. I would definitely recommend.
