This place is terrible. They keep you waiting an excessive amount of time past your appointment. time. Don’t come here. You will get stuck.

I made an appointment online, I showed up and they are closed. I received no notification about it, also this is not the first time it's happened. Now I have to wait 2 hours at another location and I'm fasting. I hate quest

No human. Told to walk in, machine said can’t do urinalysis. Got kidney problem, took off work to get test. Find another place.

This is where I go for all of my blood work. When I have an appointment they are ready for me and when I just drop in the wait is not usually long. All of the technicians are professional and are very good at blood draws.

The women who work there are rude. Everytime I go there they talk down to me like I'm bothering them or I've done something wrong. Today I was told to go there and got lectured for over 5 minutes because I didn't make an appointment. I told her I thought there was an appointment and she firmly told me that no one tells them how to run the place. Then she insisted that I owe them money after I already paid the place that sent me. I've had this problem before and thought it was settled but she took it on herself to point out how wrong I was. I'll never go back there and I'll take every chance I get to tell others not to. I understand if someone is having a bad day but this is every time I go . If you don't like your job maybe look somewhere else

I am giving one star because there is not anyway to talk to someone at the local office. I need a questioned answered, but there is not anyway to speak directly to the local office. Moreover, it seems the only option is to schedule an appointment online, which I do not want to do until I get a question answered. The number listed takes you to billing. Ridiculous!!!

The location was good, the room was empty, and the check-in was easy and plenty of parking. Did a self check in (had an appointment but got seen sooner), and things seemed okay. Needles don't bother me, and I can usually watch painlessly as they retrieve the blood. The lady seemed nice enough but in a bit of a hurry. The initial poke to get my vein was fine, but after she started to fill the vials, it started to hurt like hell. Like she was rooter rooting my veins! After that I had to pee in a cup. No wipe was provided; they usually give a wet wipe for you to kind of clean your under carriage area to prevent contamination, but they did not, and I thought that was really weird. I thought I was being a big baby until my husband told me his experience. The girl who took his blood was in a crappy mood and gave him attitude for no reason! She jammed the needle in his arm, and he said it felt like she pierced straight through his vein! She's was a rooter, too! Please, retrain these ladies! It should not hurt like that!

Friendly and skilled staff found a vein on the first try. Scheduling and check-in are hassle-free - I was in and out in a matter of minutes.

i’m not sure what all y’all are leaving bad reviews for this place. i walked in for a blood draw at 2 and was out the door and in my vehicle and driving at 2:12, very friendly staff too!
