I brought my beloved dog here. It wasn’t cheap but I did see exactly what I was paying for on the itemized receipt. Very thankful they were open and able to treat my boy at 2am. Staff was EXCELLENT and sent a very sweet get well soon card to us afterward. *Picture is my now healthy pup thanks to this hospital. ❤️

All of the staff from check in to check out and everyone in btwn..AMAZING! TRULY!!Our cat needed emergency care for an infected abscess and it was late at night, but time didnt matter. The staff, nurses, drs, took exceptional care of our little boy. For such a stressful, worrisome moment, it was a great experience seeing our cat get the care he needed. The staff there are angels. It takes a special kind of person to be that loving and compassionate to animals and we are so grateful for all of you. God has truly blessed that hospital with wonderful people working there. Thank you for making our baby bubs, aka Keekers, all better!! Thanks again so much!

They took excellent care of my girl, even though we got some bad news they were very caring and understanding. They kept us informed and ensured us that they would be there day or night if we had any questions.

We were seen quickly and received excellent care. The staff listened and were caring and supportive when we received a difficult diagnosis. They had the records to my vet quickly and I would return if I needed to.

DVM and staff were professional and compassionate. They kept in touch with me throughout my pets diagnostic tests and short stay .They also followed up after discharge with much concern . I can’t thank them enough .

We were sent here by the pet clinic from across the street because our cat was having breathing issues and they said that she was having heart murmurs and needed emergency care. Unfortunately we came as they were close to closing at almost 5 PM on a Thursday and they turned us away. They told us to go to MedVet in McMurray which was at least 20 minutes away and of course we hit traffic and caught every red light on the way there. By the time we arrived at MedVet they took her straight into triage no questions asked and they said that our cats heart had stopped beating and she had passed away likely before we got there. Had our cat gotten the emergency care she needed when we came to this place she might likely still be with us today. Would not recommend bringing a loved one here if you care about them because they clearly don’t care about animals after business hours.

I brought my beagle here at 6am because I was afraid she had a back injury or some other type of neurological deficit after she acted very strange for 12 hours.I was never communicated with until 12pm when an ER tech told me the Doctor would still not be able to see her due to another patient being very bad and needing extra care. Mind you this is a whole SIX hours after I got there when there was absolutely NO ONE in the ER besides the patients they keep overnight.I even signed the form saying they can do xrays and bloodwork with my consent with the estimate between $800 and $1,000.So from 6AM to 12PM no one saw my dog except to do vital signs here and there. Not to mention one of the times I went to the front desk to ask for an update one of the girls behind the desk had a snarky comment about the long wait "being just like a human ER". I am a nurse that works at a hospital. I understand how triage works. You could have at least did SOMETHING in the SIX hours you had my dog when I already gave consent for bloodwork and imaging to diagnose her condition if it was going to be a couple of hours before you would even evaluate my dog in person. If you didn't have time to see my dog your staff could have communicated that a lot SOONER than SIX FREAKING HOURS LATERI already have taken my dog to here for multiple leg surgeries in the past and can tell you that communication was very poor then as well. This today was an absolute joke and I am very disgusted. I left and went to my regular vet. I will pay them to do imaging tests and blood work since you didn't think my dog was important enough to even be looked at for even 5 minutes during the 6 hour span.Lastly, when you leave your reply to this review give me an actual extension to reach the Leadership Team at instead of the main line because I will GLADLY discuss this visit with any of them.

Both the veterinary assistant and the vet had clearly taken the time to familiarise themselves with my dog’s medical history prior to our appointment, which I appreciated. I found the level of service with everyone at the clinic to be excellent. The vet - Dr. Gettinger - was knowledgeable and helpful.

The staff was so nice to me and my dog They took great care of him and kept me updated frequently. The vet took alot of time with us. They supported my dog through a bad head trauma and he is now much better due to their efforts.

Dr. McKillop, neurologist at Blue Pearl North was amazing! He has great bedside manner and was calm and patient when explaining everything to us regarding our pups injury. He took his time and made sure we understood exactly was going on and what to expect. He was above all extremely knowledgeable and I felt relieved having our pup under his care. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. McKillop.

My kitty needed emergency care, and I chose blue pearl PVSEC. We were treated with respect and kept informed of his condition. He had to stay overnight because of his condition. I felt reassured that they would take good care of him. I am happy to say that with their care, my kitty has fully recovered. They explained everything from treatment to cost throughout our visit.Thank you to everyone on staff there for such great care.

don't recommend this place!!!!! this was December 22nd 2022 this place recommended me to put my cat to sleep or he'd die on me on the way home! I was told he had diabetes (which I'm not that stupid) when I first brought him in bc of his breathing! Well on my way up which I had to drive an hr to get there my cat started having an anxiety attack and I then knew it was an INFECTION bc you could hear stuff in his lungs! When I got there took him out which I was carrying him bc hes was scared he grabbed my finger! I had blood everywhere. They took him straight back! They tried charging me for things they shouldn't have done without asking! They never gave him anything to calm him done they wouldn't work with me (even with care credit) they were telling me he's a diabetic and what they were gonna have to do was gonna cost $6000 and that wasn't including a monthly medicine he was gonna need since they were saying he was a "diabetic" (which obviously wasn't the case) they made me believe my baby was gonna die just bc some self center hungry money people wouldn't work with me and lied bout what was wrong to get money! (I know they lied first off bc im not stupid and two bc I had another cat who had same symptoms and AN ANTIBOTIC HELPED HER) SO I LOST MY BABY HE WAS 6 BC OF THIS PLACE WHEN THEY COULD HAVE HELPED HIM!!!!!
