“I recently visited this outlet with my two young kids, and I had a fantastic experience! Shopping for clothes is usually a challenging experience for me, but Julie, the associate who helped us, was exceptionally nice and incredibly knowledgeable about the merchandise. Her professionalism and understanding made the trip much easier, and even my kids loved her! Additionally, the lady who rang us up was also very friendly and warm. “I love how the store is laid out. It's so open and clean looking. And the music is quiet. I had a very calm shopping experience because it wasn't crowded and claustrophobic feeling. The atmosphere made me want to stay longer and look around more. Big difference from the chaotic feeling American Eagle store in the same area.”

“I usually don’t take the time to review places but this Old Navy location is hands down the best. Store is super clean and organized. All of the employees were extremely friendly and willing to help. Shout out to Chelsea who called other stores looking for our sons size in Christmas pajamas that I was trying to get matching.
