“Zero wait for my pre-scheduled appointment and super easy check-in. The nurse here was *wonderful*! I have notoriously tiny, difficult veins and blood draws usually take 5-6 very painful attempts with blowouts and bruising. But she genuinely believed me, was so empathetic and put me at ease by pep-talking me through the whole process, used the smallest needle, and got it in just 2 tries - thrilled with that! Wayyy better experience here than at Quest.”

“Arrived a few minutes after my appointment time and was happy that it did not create a problem. Was called into the lab within 5 minutes even though there were 4 others waiting so it pays to have an appointment. Phlebotomist was skilled and professional! I felt nothing and have no bruising. Results were available to my doctor the next day. You can't get any better than that.”
